The worst thing about this is the packages are giving you NOTHING of value, either in game or out.
Dude spent 50 bucks to get a bunch of last years masks and some tat.
He got one ghost, and not the one he wanted. He paid more than the entire game. To. Get. One. Ghost.
This video is the best example of the worst kind of business practice I have ever seen.

He did not have to take that chance. That was his decision. He could have kept playing, easily, having not done as such.

And it was his decision to do so. Nobody forced him to pay, so the money he lost was a part of the gamble. Same rules apply when you goto Vegas. Don't want to lose your money on a chance, then don't play. I paid, I played and I won. Now when I pull out my ghost, sparrow, or the mask I'll feel like my money was well spent.

Bungie is losing players because of that concept. I Hate gambling, but I fell for it and the house won. I'm only happy about being able to get the exact emote that I wanted. This paywall is garbage
