Have you considered fact that the ones working to balance the crucible aren't the ones that make the game? There are different jobs that are required to make this game what it is, they have been working to balance the crucible since destiny launched. That didn't stop bungie from releasing TDB, HoW, and TTK.

No way? A business major.. Couldn't their time be better spent, reproggin/resr/dev?

Never said I was one. And yes, if they knew how to develop a game I would rather their time be prioritized into making new content over balancing the crucible. But neither you nor I know if they are content creators. Should we leave it at that?
