Dumbest reason you had to repeat a nightfall?
Mine would be when i used blink to try teleport through a minotaur(like the scene in the destiny live action trailer where the hunger kills that cabal), and managed to teleport right in front of a minotaur then he bitch slapped me ... while trying to avoid him. -_-

Another reason in had to repeat a nightfall is when i didn't know u had to repeat it when everyone died :p

9 RespuestasIDK if it is a dumb reason or not. Farmed Nightfall last night for the Pocket Infinity exotic bounty. I had already completed NF last week, was bored last night, and figured, might as well finish up the PI bounty. Did it 9 times, killing everything, except Hobgoblins at longer range, using Plan C (and, not being very cautious, thus the 9 deaths). So, the reason I am not sure about whether it was dumb or not will all depend on what I end up thinking about PI, for starters, it has a long charge time, and no perks to improve it.

Playing omnigul nightfall with battery-powered headphones. Headphones die as I'm sniping omnigul from the next room and a cursed thrall sneaks up behind me. Sigh

Was lazy and tried to ride past the 3 minotaurs... Bike decided to stop right near them. Should have filled up on gas at the last station I guess.

These past two strikes with triple burn were the first nighfalls we've been kicked to orbit since i can remember... I blame that but at least it was a challenge again

4 RespuestasOn the winters run strike. The two of us tried to ride past the 3 minotaurs before the archon priest, and they zeroed in on us. It only took one hit, and we were back in orbit. lol

We killed phogoth but a knight stayed alive and before it said "mission complete" he killed us all.

Dumbest reason I had to repeat a nightfall was because I died. A close second would be when I do all three of them and then one of my friends gets home from work and begs me to do three more

2 RespuestasI was soloing nightfall as a voidwalker to help other clan mates. A clan mate who did not need the help decided to join and block a stairwell I was using to retreat and got me killed. He was a sunsinger and did not have fireborn and got killed immediately after. This happened three times with the same christmas noob in my clan. No he wasn't doing it on purpose but he is that bad. Sadly. Still training him...

I solo most of mine pretty well, but it helps when you have omnigul, or nexus, to have help.

Going back for heavy ammo drop on summoning pits. Knights dropped it. If u leave the second door u return to orbit. I have a loot to shoot so I felt like a complete idiot. Face palm.

i tried to use a pulse rifle- they suck and always will, even after the buff.

3 RespuestasMy friend and I were running askor a couple months ago (pre-under platform patch). My friend was shooting him and I was safe tucked away under the corner where I couldn't be shot so I could change some subclass settings. A reaver vandal got a lucky shot on my friend and he died while I was adjusting stuff and for some reason it kicked us to orbit. Must have been a glitch because I didn't take any damage.

on my Titan, decided to Superman Archon Priest when his health had just a sliver left. I jumped up and just before I could perform the move, one shot killed by a vandal on the platform. oh the agony, but it would have been such fun to pull it off
