-
Lol Im moving from PS4 to Xbox (:
-
Fantastic beyond all belief, it's so good it's hard to go back to the ps3 sometimes. PSN, on the other hand....

Ps4 is pretty good. I've had mine since December of 2013, so you can imagine how early it was since release date. I've never had a problem with it at all, and it never lagged on me either. The controller feels great and the touchppad is a neat little feature. The only downside is that the battery drains a little fast, but you can somewhat save battery by dimming the blue light on your controller. Another thing that kind of sucks is that games are so big nowadays, 500 gigs isn't enough if you're going to have lots of games. I recommend getting a terabyte hard drive for it just incase you ever reach the limit. Other than that, it's a great console. Definitely worth the $399.99.

1 RespuestaBought it, sold it, and got an Xbox One. Xbox One >>>>>> Ps4 Shit > ps4
-
I got the ps4 because of the controller, exclusives, it's smaller, looks better, the voice control works unlike Xbox, cool download features that you can set with an app, better menu layout.
notice how I didn't say graphics because IDGAF
4 RespuestasDo us all a favour and buy a ps4, obviously all the big games released for both will run/look better on the ps4, but for me the winning factor was all the smaller developer games that litter the 360/PS3/PC game library Microsoft completely shafted, some of the exclusives in the psn store arn't exclusives by choice, just Microsoft are gonna charge a buttload for it to be developed on the one, maintained on the one, it can't be free play, it can't be cross-play, its gotta be guarenteed to make money, the contracts go on and on, and its unfair to small (well not even small, just not worth billion dollar) developers, who create fantastic games, Better than your AAA games, there realy out to impress, Microsoft and the xb1s not giving them a chance too.. Sony is. That and the DS4 with inbuilt touchpad and mikes fantastic, Sony live and the ability to edit and upload your vids to Utubes great, Sony app and ability to connect hardwares great, you can use your smartphone as a controller. Yea its a pretty good piece of tech, very pleased with it

If you can afford both get a ps4 you won't regret it! Bloodborne is out soon as well
-
Bloodborne and Uncharted. Those are some of my reasons for getting a ps4. Another convincing factor for me was my friend who bought and XBox One. He said it felt like it was geared towards entertainment other to gaming and now looking at my ps4 he wishes he would have made the same choice as me. Also the games that come with playstation plus are pretty good whether they last a few days to a week or more they are just a bonus which feels great. Lastly the lack of lag and the graphics which are not that much different but better then the Xbox One which me personally noticed. I feel it is a better overall console with better bonuses and would highly recommend upgrading to it :)

Honestly, if the Xbox one is going to have more games that you will play on it in the long run, then stay with the Xbox one. If you find yourself playing more games on the ps4, then go for it. Both consoles have their strengths and weaknesses, but look at the games, since that is ultimately what you are buying your console for.

1 RespuestaI picked up a PS4 after owning the Xbox brand since 2000 and I can't be happier. I have had a steady stream of excellent free games each month with ps+. Not to mention the strong line up of games coming in 2015 starting this month. I will also pick up an. Xbox one as well because I don't want to pigeon toe my self and miss some excellent games on the One like when I missed games on PS3 because I was too stubborn to buy other than Xbox

I have all systems and consider myself a pro Xbox 360 vet with a GS in the 70000s (to lazy to check). I've noticed that games look and play better on my PS4 through my own tests with games I bought for both Xbone and PS4. I now only buy games for PS4 and save my Xbone for exclusives only. BTW, The PS4 controller is now my favorite gaming controller and I hated the PS3 controller.

1 RespuestaI love mine. I went from 360 to ps4 and I like the interface far more than that windows 8 type thing Microsoft started doing Other than that they're pretty similar with some slight graphical edges on ps4
-
They're both equal.. I don't experience lag with my ps4 ever except messages loading a min or two sometimes. It's all about what games you want to play.. If you want another damn halo or gears stay xbox. They get dlc early too for cod if that's your thing. But if you want another damn uncharted or maybe God of war go ps4. They also have the last of us, great remastered game. I've always been Playstation because I'm old school, 26. I stick with what I prefer, I get the other 3-4 years after. What sold me was no Man's sky.

4 RespuestasWhat lag? Your internet or what? I've never seen lag.
-
25 RespuestasIf you are fine with psn being down once a week go right ahead.
-
Just be advised, the ps4 is not the ps3. What i mean is, when i bought a ps4 i expected it to be the media center that the ps3 was. The ps3 would play any content you wanted off a usb and you could even load movies/music/photos/etc onto is hard drive. The ps4 won't even playback usb media like movies or music, instead they offer a paid subscription service.

2 RespuestasXbox: Great multimedia system that runs games as well Playstation: Great gaming system that has multimedia stuff as well

Editado por Pheint3d: 2/8/2015 10:56:42 PMOn my Xbox one the games often get stuck at the start screen. I end up having to hard reset because quitting the application doesn't work sometimes. The ps4 hasn't given me any problems yet. Just an update where the screen had a snow effect bug but I configured the display and it went away.
Probably not even classified as a bug really.
Lag in games is going to be your internet or Nat type. If lag in games is your main issue, I recommend resolving that first before considering another console. Or if Its like a in game lag during campaign and you're not playing online...idk enough about that to recommend anything. I see lots of debates over frame rate and resolution and stuff. That perhaps a multiplatform game may perform better on one over the other...however if that's the case it's still a lot better to game where your friends are at. It sucks hearing your friends plan to have some fun in a game and you're assed out cause you're on another console. (Irl friends normally, online...well...You can always make more I guess)
-
If network is your issue you aren't going to find a remedy for that with PSN...
-
Better Internet would fix your problem.
-
Get both most definitely. PS4 for exclusives and third parties, xbox one for exclusives only.
-
It's a terrible console
-
Both great

5 RespuestasGreat but I own both systems. I prefer the Xbox one for two reasons. 1. The entertainment part. TV, Netflix, Etc. 2. I just like the controller so much more.
