Saddest Video Game Death
I've played a lot of video games and each one has a sad death(s). What's the saddest one you have witnessed?

Any of the endings in drakengard 3. Cried every time... Literally.

Your daughter in last of us, I had some friends over and we watched that cutscene and we all cried like babies

The death of Wyatt or Nigel at the beginning of Wolfenstein The New Order. It shows more of their death toward the end. It's depressing!

I was happy when clank used the great clock to save him [/spoiler] [spoiler]The possible death of spyro and cynder in the legend of spyro dawn of the dragon. It may be possible, but I feel like there was a way that got them out of the center of the earth. [/spoiler] In case you haven't noticed, I love 3D platformers.

Because the future was changed, Lucca was really ticked off and sad that Robo wasn't going to exist anymore once he went into the portal. Because of the specific ending I got, I didn't know wether Robo actually lived or ever existed at all. (Until I played the game again almost 15 years later and found out, he did) Earliest and saddest gaming moment for me, way before FFVII ever came out. Aside from that...definitely the kid's death in Last of Us. That one just sucks the life out of you, and you don't really get any hope back in the game until the giraffe scene way at the end.
