You think it's going to be op? You can severely dmg if not kill a hunter throwing a knife it's not a guaranteed kill. The super would still disappear if all 3 shots were fired. We're talking about a perk on a new exotic armor, so this wouldn't stack with the 4-shot helmet. Comparing the two would be silly. If you had to choose between a 1-hit throwing knife or a fourth shot of golden gun there is no contest to which is better.
