What's your favorite?? Cabinet design?? Memories with friends or just most fun??
Personally I'm torn between Virtual On and Metal Slug for the co op memories. But tempest and beserk are tight too!
I wish I was older to experience arcades in their hay day. Even when I was a kid Sega was just about the only ones putting out new shit and the old machines were falling into disrepair due to the exploding console market.
I'm really glad they're making a comeback due to the 'barcade' however I'm sad many kids wont get to experience a genuine arcade.
Edit: thanks for sharing all the memories guys!!

I went to a pizza place in Santa Cruz, CA and they had Marvel vs Capcom, Metal Slug, and Cruis'n World. I had some fun playing those games again.

I worked the graveyard shift at an out of the way 7-11 in Chula Vista, CA for a bit back in 1987, there was a skateboard game called 720. The hours and quarters I wasted on that in the wee hours of the morning. I could restock a cooler in record time, since I had to so often coz I wasted a lot of my shift on that.

Mortal Kombat and street fighter 2. I love the table top PAC-man and double dragon. I remember a game called crime fighter, I think it was a capcom game. It had really cool boss characters. Really nice pin ball tables are the best.
