I DEMAND for the Monte Carlo & Hawkmoon to be sold immediately!
No reason they can't be. Who cares if they're exclusives? OH BUT THE LOOT TABLE HAS TO BE THE SAME ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS! Yeah? It obviously isn't when Xur has sold upgrades for both of these weapons. Everyone on PS3/PS4 should have a fair chance at acquiring both, & not from the bogus RNG system. I demand these weapons be sold. NOW.
Or at least offer exotic bounties for them. kthxbye.

Here's how to get Hawkmoon. Dismantle all exotics. Dismantle all raid and PvP/E event guns. Dismantle your Raid/PvP/E Armor sets/pieces. Spread your ass cheeks. Take it up the ass. Sell your copy(ies) of Destiny. Realize you won't have a shot at Hawkmoon until September, even then RNGesus would bless you with a Universal Remote like the asshole he is.

I'm an Xbox one user and I agree with you, it should sold and I should not be able to buy it because it is still locked. That's how exclusivity works to get people to buy a console.
