So what your saying is, giving an option to turn off matchmaking would be harder than changing RNG to favor effort?

I'm saying putting in the effort to turn off matchmaking is a fix that doesn't solve the greater problem. It's a band-aid on a bullet wound, it only serves to cover up a greater problem. It would be smarter to instead fix the problem that causes people to AFK in the first place, so we wouldn't need optional matchmaking.

Now we are getting somewhere. Do you have any suggestions on what would fix someone wanting to AFK? Forget about a matchmaking option. Forget about an RNG change. What would you suggest? To put this out there, I am not bothered by AFKers in the Vanguard playlists as I tend to run with friends. This AFK ordeal has been complained about on the forums for a very long time. Just trying to find some collective solutions. You have argued against my suggestion, yet not given any suggestions.
