Historically each new elder scrolls game have been set in a different time and place, so unfortunately no continuation of skyrim. Not sure about the first two games as they were a really really really long time ago, but ES3 'Morrowind' was set in the dunmer homeland (and that game really needs a next-gen reboot, arguably the best console rpg ever) then ES4 'Oblivion' was set in the imperial homeland, THEN ES5 Skyrim was set in the nord homeland. There's the high elf, wood elf, breton, argonian, and cat-race from Elsweyr, that have so far not had a game centered around their homeland, but I would guess the next one will be based on the High Elves.

I know, that's why I'm they break the chain and do a sequel lol. It was a damn good game. Perhaps with the new consoles, more continents will be included in the base game. More races, with different starting points and an interwoven story line to pull it all together.
