I'm sure many of you know this "Sam Legacy" character who claims to be an insider, or is connected to someone on the inside. Apparently Xur's inventory is decided via committee vote, with the "team leader" getting the final say. It seems he has been fairly accurate, most recently tweeting on January 6th that TLW was most likely, and sure enough that's what it was on the 9th. Could be a lucky guess, but for me, this week will determine if he has any credibility. I do feel bad for Bungie, that there is a possibility someone on their team is violating their trust and leaking information. He hit 25%, and that one he did hit was out of three weapons. This guy has no connection to Bungie, and is just really good at guessing. On his Twitter, he claims that he had to "predict" other items because they would be changed. Clueless people are praising him like he actually had something to do with IB. I chalk that up to people's excitement for getting such a high profile weapon.
