If we were given a choice to ally an enemy, who would it be and why?

The cabal obviously I mean they blow up planets simply for getting in their way.

The Vex. Dat teleportation and time control.

They cabal, a militaristic mindset will always thrive over the fair, just, and weak. Simply survival of the fittest.

Cabal because they blow planets and moons for getting in the way and plus there a quote some where on here that says something like you can find the Cabal's home world by following destroyed planets and moons that got in thir way

Personally I chose Vex but I thought of the Cabal they have Valus or whatever.. And he's annoying so is there damn tanks... Every Cabal shits rockets or has a shield bash that is an instant K/O if you're back is against a hard place.. But in the end I chose Vex.. Theirs more of them and I guarantee you've been killed more by minos then anything else

Seems like most commenters are answering the question "Who would help us the most?" For that, I say Vex for all the reasons already given, especially time travel. But as for "Who could we successfully ally with?", I say Cabal. They don't seem aligned with the darkness as much to me.

The Cabal are tanks. Gimme a few shield guys and two Colossuses and I'd just snipe.

The vex. They've made machines out of certain planets. The other classes of enemies may have armies but the vex have control of planets that have golden age technology that we're fighting them for. (Mercury and Venus)

The Vex seem like they've got the best of the lot. They make things [i]happen[/i]. Planets to machines. People erased from history. Time travel, etc.

Im with the Fallen. Because the Fallen had a Golden age also, but the Darkness came and destroyed it, just like ours. I think that they would make the best allies.

Hive is easily the best you could have as an ally. You could have wizards and ogres on your side...just think about it. Not only that, I'm sure they might lend you their fancy swords - instant win against all the others.
