take back our destiny PUBLIC WALK OUT FOR A WEEK.
I HAVE HAD IT. The dlc is beautiful the strikes are great my big issue is my umpteen exotics have been made into greens. My final straw came after I had beaten the story missions got a nice new murmur and a purple engram (on my titian for my warlock lol thanks crytarch) and went on to beat both strikes and the nightfall. Yay we beat the nightfall! what's this? I got an exotic! Its the same exotic as my maxed out chest piece the armamentarium but wait this unranked new bit of armour is better than my maxed out gear? You kidding me? I have spent months of grinding on this game being a fan boy telling people wait for the dlc it will all be better. And you do this to your loyal grinding fan base? I am going to upset a few players now, sorry in advance.
My friend who has run a 1000 man clan left me the remnants of destiny clan to run we have hit cap at 100 and have about 160 people attached to our group and an alliance. Just to give you an idea I'm not just complaining for myself.
We are all p1553d off. Guys from our clan who left months ago to play cod and dragon age are back and within a few days have better gear than us grinders who stuck at this game and bigged it up giving bungie and activison a gaming back bone. Our maxed out gear is now as usual as when we where level 28 scrubs trying to do a hard raid. I have maxed at least 15 exotics total and full raid sets on my hunter warlock and titan with multiple exotics and raid weapons maxed as well only to receive new gear that is unranked and better than my maxed stuff? come on bungie you can do better give me an extra upgrade to get it up to the max again or a something but the best you can give me is a reset for months of grinding on gear I already maxed? really? you think we are cool going back to being scrubs every time you release an new dlc?
WRONG! WRONG! I am very upset writing this so yes whaa! is appropriate internet brothers and sister but I still believe I have a valid point
They have treated us like cr4p for the last time. This disrespect and blatant nonsense will not stand.
I'm calling all grinders on this game to hold a week protest walk out.
we scared them on mass effect 3 into changing things its about time the learned some respect. I'M going to post a poll and please spread the word to all your grinding friends we need to take back our own destiny and show these people that we will not stand for this.

Were you amused while you were doing that grinding? Did you have fun at all? If not, then maybe this isn't the form of entertainment you should be engaging in. Destiny is a game. Either sack up or shut up.

Eh, I have come to the realization that this game is made for new comers, not the hardcore. It's fine by me, I just won't be grinding every bounty every day and maxing all my marks every week. It will come in due time. Already have level 31 gear, just need to level it on one of my characters.

1 RespuestaWait you call yourself a grinder, but you are complaining that you have to grind again to get to the new light level cap... This does not make sense to me... No bungie should not have given you level 32 for nothing. All your grinding you have done for the last 3 months entitles you to is level 30 nothing more. If you want level 32 then grind for it like you did to get to 30. That is part of the deal with a game that has mmo elements to it. Deal with it.

VoG gear allows you to jump into CE day one. You can skip the whole vendor gear if you wanted to. Same goes for the weapons 300 attack is fine for CE normal

I would have to agree here. I went to New Monarchy to see what new weapons he had and bam I see a 300dmg+ Vanquisher VIII ... I had to grind my arse to upgrade all nodes and still couldn't take it up to 300 as I left it for exotics. Now not only my exotics are low leveled gear but all my fully maxed legendaries aren't as powerful as they should have been. There were a dozen ways bungie could have taken the route to introduce new gear and to which we would have gradually moved to... But instantly scrapping out Raid Gear and Legendary items is like a wet middle finger being rubbed on my face. Lol you spent 200+ hours in the game? Let us -blam!- you over and allow all scrubs to get more powerful gear from the get go.... Your 200 hours don't mean shit. I haven't booted up destiny since last two days as the over load of several currencies .. Ascendant mats (or should I say redundant mats) Radiant mats, marks, glimmer and commendations .. Too much hassle. Plus the fact that now I have to decide and start dismantling my loved weapons...as I don't have any space to store them either. This was a big let down. Whats the point of putting up hours and hours in Raid then? If I knew I could get to 31 this easy I wouldn't have even bothered with the raid multiple times. What I am gonna do from now on, play nightfall and weekly and then normal mode raid once in a week and give the rest of the time to other titles which are far better than destiny. They keep adding artificial life to the game. I am pretty sure they are gonna abandon ship and announce Destiny 2 very soon...maybe later next year, we have already been hinted that we can carry old guardians to destiny 2. So yeah its in the works. Expect something "soon".

It's funny cause my friends left me in the dust while we were grinding a while back in October. I quit destiny until the dlc came out and now everyone is complaining about their gear. I feel bad but I have the upper hand at the same time. Although my maxed last word is garbage now at least it can have a reason to play the game again.

It's like the beautiful girlfriend who's charm just doesn't appeal to me, and there was a rumor that she blew my friend at a party but really theres no proof but I know she's flirty and I'd like to believe her and keep trying to make it work, but deep down I just cant. Seriously though I'd been unemployed for months now I'm working full time again just don't have time for more grinding just to lvl up shit I already lvld. Really I don't know how the -blam!- you people have time to do all this grinding. I also feel like an asshole for believing in the open universe deal and getting the digital guardian but that's my fault. And don't say shit about that dissapointment,I followed the game for YEARS and I delt with it and didnt bitcb online and still loved the game, but I think the game I've really been waiting for is no man's sky. This same shit better not happen to it. Good luck guardians maybe I'll be back anyway since I have another -blam!-ing expansion I bought that's not even out... later friends, thanks for the months of fun!

In other games, when the level cap was increased, did you stick with your old equipment or did you go out and get the new stuff since it was better? If they add an extra upgrade bubble every time a level or damage cap is increased, what do you think the upgrade tree will look like after several DLC's have been released? You'll spend more of your time scrolling down a long line of upgraded bubbles to get to the one that you need to click on to upgrade than you would just upgrading the weapon fresh after every DLC. Upgrading and then leveling an old exotic to new standards takes 17 strange coins, 7k glimmer, some mats, and 2-3 days worth of bounties. Not a lot in the grand scheme of things. Legendaries are going to be harder to upgrade, particularly those from CE. The new legendary mats are a pain to get in excess in comparison to the old ones.

7 RespuestasI hope they hear and answer to these complaints... The real problem isn't about exotics, no biggie you have to reupgrade them, at the end you get a more powerful weapon. Real problem is that stupid lv. 31 vanguard's equipment.
