Stop playing what you ALREADY paid for.
I'm beginning to think it's no hope for this community, maybe it's really just filled with dimwits. So you're telling me player's who already paid for the base of the game shouldn't be able to access major parts to it for a week? Then you call those people entitled for wanting to play what they purchased?
Are you guys mentally OK or what because that's clearly bullshit. Only a fanboy or a complete airhead supports this. I only play pvp but even I think the pve player's are getting screwed over.
Some might say it's business albeit in reality it's just bungie being incompetent again. These are the same people who can't separate pve & pvp updates, why is it a surprise that they couldn't make two different playlist. It's a joke, shit like this shouldn't fly with companies but as long as the sheeple continue to support it things like this will continue.
Brain dead consumers letting companies milk them dry.
edit: This thread clearly shows how brain dead people really are & the lack of comprehension most people have. Also how well the school systems are doing...

However, I completely reject the notion that the new content should be kept out of Nightfall playlist rotation. The new strike is part of that playlist, if you don't buy the new strike then you can't Nightfall this week. That seems utterly simple. Stop whining.

They are a weekly bonus. Or did you forget that there's a PVE campaign, a raid, and PVP arena? I agree. I really dont understand why people get mad and defend the game so much. I gave up on the game i was level 30 for about a month and a hlf but after the nightfall was locked i just really dont want to play the game nomore it will only get worse for people who dont want to keep buying parts of the game. I dont want to sell it tho because gamestop will not even give me half of what i payed for it.

1 RespuestaI own the DLC and think it's kinda bull that they locked out ppl that didn't buy the DLC. Even if it is only this week. What they could've done was have a separate play list for the people that bought the DLC. And let people that bought it, get rewards for the both nightfalls. Or let them only get rewarded for one, but could choose which to do. Personally I feel it is better to reward player rather then punish. That just my two cents.

Upset the people who bought the base game and aren't purchasing the DLC or upset the people who paid them money for a new strike. 3 RespuestasIt seems like the only benefit of buying the dlc is to go up 2 light levels which has no effect on the game other then the Raid. Yeh you get some missions which I've read are shit. The PVP maps won't be that great either if you still queue control, since you will just be paired with people without the content. Not saying you shouldn't buy the dlc as it's your choice. But for me.. I'll wait a while and see what becomes of it

I have the DLC and really enjoying the content, though I agree, they broke stuff for which people already paid for. Bungie -blam!-ed up big time with every RPG element with this new content... (the shooter encounters are really nice though)

So you want bungie to create a whole new game inside of a dlc? This is destiny farming, nightfalls raids and doing bounties to get new guns and armour, if you are bored of it and want something new try a new game, simple.
