Justice for Non-Expansion players
A lot of us were hoping that Destiny would be one of those games that people who cannot afford DLCs could play with no disappointment. We understand that money is important but so is doing the right thing. But now, since bungie has, just like every other game, disappointed us by making the weekly heroic and Nightfall strike available to only those with the Expansion, is pure heartless. The weekly was the quickest way we could get strange coins in order to buy exotics. But now, because of the heartlessness money has brought to bungie, It will be even harder for Non-Expansion players to obtain exotics and catch up with everyone with the expansion in Destiny. I believe, and I know a phew of us do too, that Bungie should bring back the Weekly and Nightfall for all instead of giving it to only DLC players. We all bought the game, and I think since we spent our money and time on this game, I believe we deserve some equality. We are all Guardians, we all love this game, let us stick together and continue loving this game without fear of DLC overtake. No Guardians Left Behind.

6 RespuestasThe GOLDEN rule of a DLC add-on is [u]NOT[/u] to effect the base/core gaming experience! For those of you saying it's ONLY one week stop whining! How exactly do you know that? How do you know what frequency it's going to rotate? every other week? one in three weeks? one in four? At what point do those of you who have purchased the DLC start whining that it isn't frequent enough? Then the next DLC arrives and suddenly it's stop whining it's ONLY TWO weeks and the next DLC it's ONLY THREE weeks etc.etc Why can you people not see the principle in this? By agreeing to this your saying this is acceptable behaviour and it will continue! Would you be happy to buy a cookie, pay for it, then after a while the waitress comes over takes a bite of the cookie and walks off? then turns around and says what's your problem it's only a small bite, didn't you read the T&C on the door on the way in? stop being a cry baby! but hey if you pay me $1 more i'll give it back AND give you coffee even though you didn't order a coffee! (no i didn't order a coffee because i'm not thirsty right now! I ordered a cookie because your cookies are awesome! I was really enjoying taking my time over the cookie, I was going to order a coffee when i WAS thirsty! But now...?)

2 RespuestasBut it's only for this week man. Next week will bring back Non-Expansion Strikes into the Weekly rotation. The DLC Content will only be included every now and again. Hopefully the next time something from the Expansion pops up, you will have it by then!

So you expected to just buy a game and never the expansion knowung that day 1 it would have 2. And those of us that bought it are punished with the same nightfall and such instead of reward us with something like this. If your not going to buy a games expansions don't buy the game buy something else that will never have expansions. Everyone says its over priced when they had no problem forking out 20-30 everytime a CoD expansion came out instead of 30 for the expansion pass for 2 dlc not just one. If your mad about it then don't blame bungie for expanding their game blame yourself for not buying it.

Should you be able to do the new strike without paying for it. No. Should the people who bought the dlc miss out on the new strike entering the nightfall/weekly roster. Hell no. The strikes are boring if they aren't nightfall. Why should the people who payed the extra money for the dlc miss out because the people who didn't are whiny bitches?

1 RespuestaI think its fair. Is it fair to me someone who bought the expansion to never get the nightfall on one of the new strikes? Hell no. Im bored of those old strikes I want the new ones! It will be on rotations some weeks you may just miss out since you cant bring yourself to skip a night out on the town for extra content.

It's locked because it's the new strike, not because you won't be able to do it until you buy the DLC. Just give it a week, and not only that, but it will only be around every 7-8 weeks, if nightfall doesn't repeat itself. Just calm down a second buddy.

I'm 17, I've had a job for over a year, I easily put up 20$ myself for the DLC, it's worth it. I'm having a ton of fun, save up, it's not like it's a 50$ expansion, 20$ is reasonable, the amount of fun and entertainment and excitement I've felt from the DLC is worth a lot more than the 20$ it took for me to get it. No regrets, I offer every time I'm on if one of my friends needs help doing the seemingly impossible nightfall bc of how much I love the challenge. It's worth it, it's also not overpriced, it's expected that non DLC players get locked out, that's the shitty part, but what did you expect? You still can get to level 31, you still have the random chance of getting a DLC exotic, all the tower vendors sell DLC weapons and armor, it's not hopeless for you, plus like everyone is saying, wait until next weeks nightfall if you can't put up the money now

1 RespuestaBelive it or not expansion 1 is a part of a core game right now and so are all of its features. New strike was added to nightfall/weekly playlist and expansion story missions to daily missions. Once in a while ppl without expansion wont be able to complete certain activities due to not having expansion 1. There is no way around it. Either you buy an expansion or play the incomplete content which the game without the expansion is right now. Please dont reply me with "double playlists" and other bull like that. Think for a second instead. After second expansion you think there would be 4 seperate playlists ? 1 for core game, 2 for expansion 1, 3 for expansion 1&2 and 4th for expansion 2 ? SRSLY ? The game just expanded and if you refuse/dont want to or for whatever other reason wont get expansion then you are stuck with incomplete content and have to deal with it.

Bungie don't give a -blam!- about you. As long as people keep "investing", they will continue to ignore those who don't "invest". I say invest loosely because we all know most of the content is finished and they have more than enough profits to reinvest if they wanted to. Money talks. Speak with your wallets.
