First i find out i cant do the weekly/nightfall cuz i dont have the dlc and now i cant even farm engrams for coins through tiger strikes cuz THEYRE ON THE -blam!-ING ROC PLAYLIST FOR DLC

51 RespuestasPeople who have payed for the dlc should not be held to random by those who have not. By that I mean that, those who paid, deserve a nightfall version of the strike. The penalty for those who have not paid is to simply sit this one out.

then what ? you will complain next week that the nightfall/weeklies are level 30 and you still miss your raid boot to get to lvl30 ??? i can assure you that very few 28 can do the new nightfall with omnigul. most enemies are OHK on 28/29 folks and ALL are shielded and angry and 1hit melee..

19 RespuestasYou just can't do the weekly/nightfall when it is the DLC strike. You will get to do it next week when it switches to an original strike That is fair. You shouldn't get to do the DLC strike weekly/nightfall if you didn't pay for it. If you are mad you miss a week of those rewards when it is the DLC strike then that is your choice and cost for not buying the DLC. There is nothing wrong with that. You still have access to all the same content. As for the strike playlist people have been saying they are still getting engrams from the tiger one but more clarification is needed from Bungie on that. If you don't get engrams rewards from the tiger then you have something to complain about.

It's fair, I think Bungie should also include a 5 dollar toll for entering and exiting the tower. It does require constant maintenance.

It's too bad people can't continue playing the content they are used to this week because it's currently tied to the expansion. But it's just math from Bungie's perspective - the amount of $$$ gained from people who will say "oh, I have to buy the expansion to do the nightfall this week - I guess I'll just break down and buy it" > the amount of $$$ lost from people who will say "screw Bungie - I'm never buying another one of their games!"

Bungie doesn't make any sense. If they added DLC to nightfall and weekly then they should also include both playstation exclusives to the lineup as well. It's only fair. And yes, I own the dlc and play on Xbox

2 RespuestasThe problem with the weekly strikes and nightfall will only last this week. The problem will reset and fix itself next week. IGN interviewed someone from Bungie. 13 RespuestasI love the comments saying "Just buy the DLC". Why shouldn't a base game owner expect to be able to play their base game? Honestly. I have the DLC...but I would be just as angry as they are to find that paywalls have been built around parts of the game they could play as owners of the base game. Telling people to just accept it is counterproductive too. It's not a good practice to encourage. And this isn't an MMO... plus...while dubbed an 'expansion'....it's really a raid with a couple of extras. Hardly what the industry has established as an expansion for $20. A game should sell people on their new content...not take away content people had access to. sharpshooter and others already paid their $60 and have a right to be upset to not access base game content. Don't tell me Weekly's and nightfalls aren't base game content either....
