Players who have fully ranked up there exotics should be rewarded for that, as it seems like there is no difference from one person trading in a stock exotic with no upgrades or someone who has fully upgraded there exotic. ive put the xp and ascendant materials into ranking up that weapon/armour, and get no reward for that over someone who has not, if anything its better for the person who hasnt, because they havent wasted there time or materials. Everything else sounded good, cant wait to hit the new higher leveled knightfalls with my reset exotics lol...will be a challange
