Playstation Exclusives Vs. Microsoft
Each and every day on these forums there are multiple post about how Xbox owners should also get the Playstation exclusive content and this needs to stop. The bottom line is that Sony, Activision / Bungie have signed and agreed to something called a contract.
For those who don’t understand what a contract is please see the following definition;
“[b][i]Contract[/i][/b]”
1) (Noun) A written or spoken agreement, especially one concerning employment, sales or tenancy that is intended to be enforced by law.
2) (Verb) Enter into a formal and legally binding agreement.
For those who don’t understand the word Exclusive please see the following definition;
“[b][i]Exclusive[/i][/b]”
1) (Adjective) Excluding or not admitting other things.
2) Restricted or limited to the person, group or area concerned.
3) (Noun) An item or story published or broadcast by only one source.
Anyone that hasn’t been living in a damn box should have been aware that Sony was going to have exclusive Destiny content. I understand that Xbox fans have been with Bungie since the original Halo and you feel slighted for not getting the same content that Playstation users are getting. I understand that you are paying the same price for the DLC and will miss out on exclusive content.
But guess what? That’s how it is. If you wanted the full Destiny experience you should have done your homework and bought at PS4. This is exactly why I refuse to show “loyalty” to Sony, Microsoft or PC…I have all three in order to not miss out on any gaming experience due to brand loyalty.
In other words….STOP IT!!!

Playstation may have simply front loaded their exclusive content. Is is possible Microsoft has back ended their exclusive content to coincide with max level caps? Imagine towards the middle of the games lifespan Xbox gets gear that trumps everything prior and carries to the sequel?

at the end of the day it is not about sony having more its about there being -blam!- all. if there were 20 strikes and sony had 22 there would be -blam!- all people who cared. but the Bone has 4 strikes so players are bored as shite and look at that extra strike sony has and get huffed. maybe we should be asking Bungie why the -blam!- there is so little to do in Destiny.

But my grandmother paid for here political science degree. So we both pay and have our time with the lady but the only difference I actually get come and you have to wait until next year.

They always say networking is so much better on Xbox. I had one. No one wants to team up. Also, they complain just as much on other games as they do here. They only ones that are probably not complaining about destiny are PS users.

I just find it funny that no Xboxer mentioned equality when Playstation owners were left out in the cold on many exclusive DLCs. Now you ser how PS owners felt. And you have to do what we did...deal with it.

No. Oh well, thought I'd give it a shot. And no, I'm not bummed out about the exclusive content as an Xbox user. It'd be nice to have an extra strike or two, but unless a story and a coherent loot system is included in the exclusives it doesn't solve a single actual issue with the game.

15 RespuestasI agree PS is a more powerful system but there were many turn-offs of it to me. One is the community, I feel like I'm always playing with immature kids on PS. Another is the system. I besides it is more powerful I like how the Xbox replaces my entertainment system. Finally I chose Xbox because is some exclusive games and all my colleagues are on Xbox.

Damn! I hear that. This is exactly what I feel. I have them all too. I think Xbox guys/gals forget all the deals MS has made over the years. Hell, if you wanted halo, you had to go get an Xbox. At least this way, you can have the game on either system. Plus the extras are not that big of a deal really. You still have to get the weapons from RNG, and that has not happened for me. Xbox users will probably get them before me

I don't think we should continue this bs argument about which is better. You get content before us.... only ps exclusive. Everyone please just chill out about this, eventually you will get it so calm down. My brother got to do stuff before me because he was older did I complain to my parents that I thought my parents were making him an exclusive content.... no parents just told me life isn't fair and eventually you will get to do it to. It's part of life people welcome to the real world. Money talks and Playstation talked and got exclusive content for the ps people. That's life is it fair yea/no but get over it because life isn't fair.

Xbox user's get special legend cards on fifa ultimate team, they had it last year too....thats bs since i want them on playstation. So far its still exclusive to xbox and will still be for a long time.....so when i get more bang for my buck in destiny as a playstation user i think it's fair.

4 RespuestasDude you've got to realize that people dont have that type of money. Thats called being extra privileged where i live. Also xbox users paid the same 60 dollars as Ps users. So taking out a whole chunk of the game and calling it exclusive rights is bs especially when theres already little to do in the game. And normally id be okay with that if the wait for the content was a month or two but a full effing year!? You do realize that xbox users are going to be missing out on two strikes when this "dlc" launches. I love destiny and have been keeping up with it since its first revealed at e3 two years ago and as an xbox owner i have to say i feel extremely ripped off.

1 RespuestaIts only exclusive for a "Limited Time". You will get the same content eventually. (Fall 2015) Exclusivity deals suck. Did I piss and moan when Crystal Dynamics/Square Enix announed that the next Tomb Raider would exclusively be on xbox? Yes, yes i did, but I will never be able to play that content, and will boycot the next PS4 release from the Tomb Raider series. At least you get this content anyway. Dust palace aint that great. Monte Carlo is just useable now on a full discipline/intelect build. Hawkmoon is superb though. Limited Time. be patient and calm boys

When fall comes the exclusivity contract ends and the content will be released to Xbox. If anything it's better we don't get that content right away, PSN gets it now from the start, meaning by January it'll have lost that special feeling for most players, where with Xbox users it'll be more new content to enjoy after the Dark Below with House of Wolves also heading our way. It'll be better being patient rather than having it all now. I'm not very concerned about it.
