Great idea, I think the reload should be kind of slow if there is that ability. Ammo should be double that of a normal hand cannon. The second ability should have something to do with melee since you have no free hand; such as a double shot that can do any type of damage such as arc, void, or solar. Those are my ideas, let's try and spread this!
