I've got a bone to pick with Destiny. You see, I'm a level 29 Hunter (which seems to be it's own problem) wtih zero raid experience. And I feel like I have zero raid experience because I have a zero raid experience. I go to the LFG websites trying to get into a fireteam, but everyone wants raid experience. I get it, you don't want some scrub noob ruining it for the whole group, but at the same time you have to start somewhere right? At some point, every Level 30 did their first raid and probably did just fine.
Also, no one seems to want hunters for whatever reason so I'm leveling a Warlock (Currently Level 27).
I've got a mic, I'm willing to listen and learn. I'm just looking for a chance.
It feels like I'm applying for a job...
Edit: I run on Xbox One
Edit: Thanks for all the encouragement! There are a lot of responses to go through. For clarification, I'm just looking to run on Normal (Not hard...at least not yet). I'll go through and add some of you who have offered, but feel free to add me as well. Thanks!

1 RespuestaWatch a Raid guide video, then send me an FR. If I'm doing a Raid I'll invite you, tell me what you don't understand and I'll explain it.
-
Run normal raid until u have experience. Theres not too much different about the hard raid.
-
I'd have added you but I'm PS4. I've done the normal raid with my 25 Warlock, so 29 will be a breeze. It does get so much easier with experience, but as long as you have skill and you can follow instructions then you'll be fine.

Sounds like the shit that would happen in wow

Editado por Gravelord Neato: 11/26/2014 2:01:01 PMI'll raid with you if you can now at whenever Gt: UNICORNSRDABEST

3 RespuestasEditado por KittehnStew: 11/26/2014 1:48:11 PMThe group can do well with two raid noobs on normal. But they have to have good listening skills, better yet research the vaults mechanics so you know what you are running into. Once you do your first raid it gets easier from there
-
Dude...always looking to add people to my list who know how to do it - even if we have to teach them. Real28 xboxone.
-
just lie and say you've beaten the raid before lol.. simples
-
There are people out there that take people with no experience, but they are mostly on ps4... I run a lot of friends through the raid and the funniest part is when you get to the platforms. Alls you here is Guardian down. Keep looking you will find people to help you out even on Xbox one
-
If you're a mature gamer check out our clan. Good group that raids 6 times a week. We take in noobs and hunters. Class and experience doesn't matter.
-
I always mannage to mess up the jumpy platforms!
-
I'm running the raid with a few 30s in about 5hours (6:30gmt). Levels 28 and 29s are a welcome addition as long as they listen well and don't quit. It's going to be tough. If you'll be on at that time, drop me a message and you're more than welcome to join killawatts7
-
I'd happily run it with 5 guys who never done it before once I've cleared it on a Tuesday , I just don't give a FÜÇK !!!
-
I know this frustration. It took me a while to find a Fireteam and now I consider these people friends. I have a PS4 so sorry I can't add you but glad you got a positive response. Let us know how your Raid goes :)
-
Fake it till you make it. Do normal raid, tell people you have experience, and keep your head down and listen to the leader.Normal raid is easy enough. Then once you HAVE experience, problem solved.
-
Add me: Dignitas ninja I'll be running a few raids as of next week. If you've not done it by then I'll help you out
-
I'd help, but I'm ps4. Level 29 is more than good enough for normal mode though.
-
DestinyLFG (both sites) are full of douches and incompetent players. The raid isn't really a challenge. You just need to understand the technique. Watch a video and you'll get it. Simple as that.
-
Are you trying to do normal or hard raid? Also, watch a video and lie, say u know who you're doing. With so many people wanting to get a group, why would anyone take someone with no experience? Put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself would you take you? You also shouldn't be going anywhere near the hard raid with zero experience. Get normal done a bunch. Get some Oracle weapons. Max them all out and then try hard. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
-
What time is best for you to raid on the week end
-
Run the normal raid a few times, get the idea of how it's done. Step up to the big boy version
-
Add me Level 30 warlock I'll help ya out
-
Add me, hunter solidarity. Classes aren't as important as getting the job done. I'm kind of surprised you haven't been able to find a group for normal at level 29. I've found plenty at that level.
-
Hunters and invis make the raid so easy i run my raid group with two maybe three hunters and complete it under 30mins on hard use that invis especially on gate keeper.
-
Make a LFG post stating that you're a first timer looking for others. I've joined a couple of those to help before. As for hunters, they're fine to have as a part of the whole group. People just can't accept them as a 6 group of hunters whereas a 6 group of warlocks would be fine. I made my hunter last after having a titan and 2 warlocks and I actually have the most fun with gunslinger because of chain of woe and fatebringer. Ppl that immediately disqualify hunters are scrubs and you shouldn't want to join their group anyway.
-
Its not due to your skill lvl but rather the class in raid you want worlocks for there grenade ability and titans for there shield hunters are mostly seen for pvp because there skills are best there with blink gg trip mine and such, i though dont have any discrepency for hunters in the raid add me if you like for xbox1 28 titan
