The whole point of IB is to face opponents better than you and best them. The regular crucible already gives even match ups. Also they do give out rewards based on skill-two level 30 armor pieces and two guns-if/when you earn them. The other RNG weapon/ship drops are just bonuses. I personally loved IB this time around and thought it was some of the most fun I've had in Destiny.

Ok i ubderstabd your point but it is not a conpetitive playlist. Imagine an mlg game where one player has better stats than another team....that would never fly
