Do you even know how to strafe? You know move side to side? It's a very valid tactic and will save your ass every time.
It is very easy to out strafe a scout rifle that fires a single shot vs a gun that has full auto fire. scout Rifles are the best at long range not mid range, simply because the closer you get the more an auto rifle can hit you.

Yes but the problem is suros can also outgun a scout at long range purely because of rhe massive recoil the scout gets when hit by a bullet
-
Surious has the same problem, but try looking for a scout rifle that has a huge stability on it and that should help a bit.

But the thing is the suros has a much higher RoF than the scout resulting in a higher recoil over time, I have no problem with annihilating the suros but I can still see it is OP at times it shouldn't be, I usually have to play it smart to kill them while they just charge about the place killing most people that don't think about what thwy're getting into (much like the suros user themselves) I'm speaking generally btw

Your right higher rate of fire makes it more unstable. But when you start firing at the longer ranges, the surios user will not do as much damage with the drop in damage at a distance. If you use hand cannons, it is the same method, start to fire at a longer distance and you will see a huge difference in how you do in the match. Scout rifles are ment to be used at much further distances then the rest of the weapons. So make use of that and you will do much better.

I do well enough and yes I already do stay at high ranges but sometimes suros will get me which is fair enouhh to the suros guy for good aim but he still did near to full damage at scout range, also given I use MIDA it needs to be used a small bit closer than most SRs... all in all, your points are valid but I already use them and have god success, kd of 1.77 and rising quickly, I was ~1.3-1.4 2 weeks ago but none the less I can still see the suros overperforming in some areas it shouldn't mainly range but none the less. Fair enough
