Reading that just convinced me to buy the dlc

have you considered maybe they wanted the download to be less so they put in the levels but none of the content? games take a lot of time to make. I'm sure they were already working on dlc before the release of the game, they probably put some of the basic content in so it would be more convenient for "US" to download it.

Obviously the problem is, these teen tard gamers will buy anything with their lawn mower allowance and Xmas money. They don't know what a true game is. Legend of legaia, chrono trigger, chrono cross, and so much more. Full content, great story lines for the time they released. Fun, just effing fun. You kids and your spoiled asses don't know what a good game is unfortunately. And it's not your fault, it's the industries. I remember back in the day renting games from blockbuster for weeks and weeks just to complete the story, my parents b!tching cause I'm whining and drooling for another shot. You can do destiny in a few hours if you aren't trash, that's what you want? Instant gratification, husk like linear maps, the game company themselves being so involved that you can't even breathe? You "shut uppers" and "derpasaurus rexs" need to put a real game in your box so you can appreciate what this game could be. EVERYBODY HERE IS THE ANSWER The reason there's portions of the DLC content on the disk as well as areas of the game that are accessible through glitching is: This is all part of Bungie's master plan. they KNEW this game would have two DLC so they made room in the base game to support DLC. The way Destiny's core program operates, there's no feasible way to change the level architecture after it's been saved to the game disk, so they made sure to carve out plenty of space to work with.

Have you ever thought that maybe that content wasn't done? Or too buggy to play? I can assure you, you would be WAAAY more mad if they put glitchy, half completed levels in the retail purchase. At least with this they get to put some real time into it. And they also get to listen to community feedback to see what people liked and didn't like. Also, pretty much every game you buy on the market is going to have the dlc already on it, including dark souls 2, farcry 4, the list goes on. It's a lot better that they have the ability to release quality material at a price instead of just cutting it all and never letting up experience it

Then don't buy it, I'm buying it cuz I love destiny also it was never intended to be in the full game, Ik this because they offered both expansion pass for sale BEFORE the game was released, basically telling us that there would be locked content in the game codes, many games do this already

Dunno if you know this but this greed is all Activision's doing. Activision, through Bungie, is beeing the greedy, uninterested company that they've always been by bleeding Destiny players dry. Bungie had intended new content every week (more than just Xur or Iron Banner) But instead Activision forced them to release all new content on 2 DLC packs, one of which is due to release a damn year from now. Bobby Kotick, as we all know, is pretty much Satan in the gaming community's eyes, and for a good reason. He only sees monetary gain in game development and he's openly admitted that. We don't need to be blaming Bungie for everything that's wrong with Destiny, Bungie has done well, let's give them credit for as far as they've gotten with it.

Then go make your own game then...oh don't forget to secure that sponsor or have a load of money to use as capital...
