Tell me your dumbest moment in Destiny. I will start...
I got some ugly boots in my first raid and dismantled them later that night because I didn't know it was that famous 'raid gear'. I learned that the next day...
Sad but true.
Did somebody do something similair or worse?
Edit 1: good sharing guardians, fun reading some of your stories haha. Best ones are deleting a very high lvl character by accident and the guy trying to open the VoG spire with his ghost lol.
Edit 2: 1500+ replies!! We all suck! Well sometimes...
Edit 3: great how this thread is still alive and trust me, I also did some of the same dumb stuff you guys told me here haha.

Doing black garden for first time then at the last part of the boss I walked off the edge of the map while walking away from it

Deleting my raid chest which I needed to get to 30 because I had an exotic chest piece. Luckily the first hard raid I did, the chest ended up being my first drop.

2 RespuestasRunning into a bunch of enemies to unleash my mighty Fists of Havoc....only to realize I had my subclass active from turning in bounties to level it up. So instead of taking out a bunch of enemies quickly, I have managed to throw up a shield for us all to play in.

First time xur came to the tower i think the exotic for the hunter was a helmet and i was happy i had enough coins to buy it...when i tried to equip it, i realized the only exotic piece i had in my inventory were the sunbreakers

It wasn't me. But during the VoG, aiming for a flawless raid, after like 5 tries of a couple of different ppl messing up, jumping off map during confluxes, on the way to the gorgons, we decided to do it 1 last time. Got to atheon with out a hiccup, and as he's down to 2 ice breaker shots away, someone on the fireteam doesn't go to high ground and gets blown up by a supplicant. Yeah, because he did get to high ground! FML!

1 RespuestaWell, not something I did but I was playing the raid with these dudes, and the jumping puzzle, I made it over and was waiting at the bottom. The Titan comes flying down with fists of havoc, punches me in the face and knocks me off.

2 RespuestasWhile jumping to the middle platform in the Atheon fight, one of my team mates hits me and falls to his death, then me and my other two teammates are killed inside the bubble. Only 3 people left alive who then got teleported and we all died. The worst part was he was on a sliver of health. Good times
