Tell me your dumbest moment in Destiny. I will start...
I got some ugly boots in my first raid and dismantled them later that night because I didn't know it was that famous 'raid gear'. I learned that the next day...
Sad but true.
Did somebody do something similair or worse?
Edit 1: good sharing guardians, fun reading some of your stories haha. Best ones are deleting a very high lvl character by accident and the guy trying to open the VoG spire with his ghost lol.
Edit 2: 1500+ replies!! We all suck! Well sometimes...
Edit 3: great how this thread is still alive and trust me, I also did some of the same dumb stuff you guys told me here haha.

In pvp the map on Venus was running to cap b from a. I tripled jumped activated gg and flew straight over the other side lol!

In crucible went to golden gun a bunch of guys at c... got up to full sprint double jumped popped super flew over other side of platform helplessly as the enemy watched

In the earth patrol, I jumped off my sparrow to shoot a rocket at some lvl 2's. The sparrow rolled in front of me and I blew myself up with the rocket.

Im constantly trying to open doors in the VoG by shooting rockets at them point blank

Worst Moment: Atheon is at 15% health. I leap down to mid with the relic and....slide off the other side and into the abyss as my team gets slaughtered.

Had a 22-0 killing spree in the crucible, 2 minutes later I pop out bladedancer, lunge at a guy, miss, and then I fall off the map. Good times....

3 RespuestasThere was also the nightfall of shame..... 2 of my bros and me we get all the way to the boss the fallen priest this was still back in the day I didn't have more ammo than a doomsday prepper..... we are slowly beating the boss but were all outta heavy so its going a bit slow (its before we fully understood what arc or void burn was, yup were greenies at this point) then boom I lost connection and am tossed back into space..."sweet guys hold on I'm gonna run and get more heavy ammo!!" I go to the tower and just as I hand over my glimmer for 10 heavy ammo synths I hear "YES!! we got him finally!! whew that was a bitch right guys!?" my other friend "uh dood....we were suposed to wait for max....." I look down at all the purdy shiney rockets I just bought and watch as my tears rain down up on them. then my friend chimes it. "screw it we'll do it again!!" /bro fist

Didn't see if anybody put this up but here is my dumb moment. I use the hunter tripmine a lot and I live sticking enemies. Got the walking tall bounty and almost finished on a nightfall till I threw it at a incoming shank and blew myself up

5 RespuestasSo when iron banner came out I figured hey I'll just Lvl up its rep so I can get the 30 light armor gloves and boots. (So I wouldn't have to deal with trying to get lucky on the raid) I did the raid last night and after doing oracles I got the boots and the gloves.......(hard raid)
