Why do raid on normal if ur 28+!!
****(With the exception of caring someone who sucks)*****
Seriously why do you guardians waste time doing it on normal(28+) when hard is just as easy! Plus you get double the loot for the price of one!

Because I've gotten all I need from hard drops and don't need hard mode anymore.

Because you don't always get the best group of Raiders. Sometimes I've gotten up to Atheon and had to stop, other times I've gotten up to the 3 confluxes and had to stop. It all depends on the group of people you play with. So it's easier to do normal and get the loot quick then spend a couple hours trying to get to the Templar. (Yes, that's happened to me)

1 RespuestaBecause the normal loot table gives you a better chance at boots/gloves instead of on hard where it pools from that + the raid weapons.

I run it on normal hoping for rand raid gear. My only motive for running the raid on hard is the vex the only nerf weapon I actually want

Because at 28 you suffer a 60% decrease in damage out and take 60% more damage at 29 it's 30%.

Because some people can't handle doing hard as a 28. You can't take literally any damage so most people won't survive long.

I would think practice for those that have not completed it yet. I would be useless as a 29 in a hard raid.

3 RespuestasBecause I ran it three times yesterday w/ my 29 Titan my 29 Hunter and my 30 Warlock and got the gear I needed for my Titan and Hunter to reach lvl 30 a bunch of Ascendant materials and a couple of weapons I didn't have yet like the Gjallahorn btw I still intend to run it on Hard on all characters for more weapons and materials.

32 Respuestasfirst off, u only get double loot by doing Normal, then Hard. second, the Hard Raid is not easy and one weak link can ruin a chance of completion third, outside of the raid helmet, u can get every piece of gear from the Normal Raid, so if ur looking for ur Raid gear, why would u not be doing it on Normal?

You have a statistically higher chance of getting the raid chest/boots/gauntlets if you run normal raid before hard raid, because getting double drops in hard are all from the hard loot table.

I've only managed to get into it twice, but that was with others who were inexperienced, so we obviously failed! Most of the time I see people on my friends list are doing the raid i can't join because the team is full......so anyone who is experienced and who doesn't mind having me tag along (on normal) please add me :-) It would be great to get passed the Gatekeeper part of the raid and actually finish it lol! I'm a lvl 29 Hunter Tag is hangman69 I'm on PS4

1 RespuestaHard is not just as easy. Especially not for a 28. Probably not even for a 29. In my opinion 28's shouldnt even bother with hard mode unless theyre gonna get carried by a bunch of 30's. normal mode is actually fun to do, where hard mode feels like a job, you have to stay alive, and its harder overall.

Lvl 28s struggle on hard. It has nothing to do with skill. Its a stats game of damage and defense.

no one will do the hard raid with a level 28, people dont even want to do it with level 29s
