I have been with Xbox family since day one... ive owned playstation and Playstation 2 but once 360 came i havent even bothered with Sony anymore... I've been seeing a lot of people talk bout switching from PS4 to Xbox 1 lately? What the difference from then and now.

1 RespuestaEditado por Resurrection101: 10/30/2014 9:42:54 PMI have a PlayStation 4 but no Xbox one but I can say I do think the PlayStation 3 was superior to the Xbox 360 since I played both of them fairly equally. I prefer the controllers of PlayStation. and I feel like the analog sticks are more accurate. besides the controller I also like the improved graphics and Sony's business model over Microsoft because I feel Microsoft more out to get your money while trying to provide less content. not to mention I enjoy downloading a lot of the older games that are exclusive to PlayStation. but in the end it all comes down to preference the only thing PlayStation 4 doesn't have going for it that I feel xbox one exceeds at is that it does have a larger library specifically for it. but comparing the PlayStation 4 library with the Xbox one library I feel the PlayStation 4 games are better in quality overall (speaking on the exclusives) edit I have no idea what people are talking about when they say the network is down I have never had a problem other then that time right before destiny came out it was down for like 2 days. in the last year that has been my only problem

1 RespuestaUh oh a console war
-
The main reason is that I still have my original v1 brick of a PS2 and am on 360 #13. The other reason is that the Microsoft games that I used to like have got to what.

Editado por Sakib23: 10/30/2014 9:32:07 PMI have an ATARI, and i'd love to shove it into your ROM interface for the next EXPAC for Destiny : URANUS

This is one can of worms that's better left closed

They're both terrible, why bother playing videogames at all? All the games are shit, all I see is shit. All I hear is shit. Shit, shit, shit.
-
I like the Xbox controller better. That's my reason. I have both Xbox One and PS4 though. Plus 360, ps1, ps2, ps3.
-
2 RespuestasIt doesn't matter. I have playstation 1 2 and 3 and xbox and 360. Personally I like the controller on xbox waaaaaaaay better than Sonys and that's why I'm buying an xbox one.
-
I have PS3 and xB360. When next gen was coming out I decided to stay with XB and got the XboxOne. I don't regret it at all and love the XB1 and of course it has the best controller (360 and X1). . . but I really like Xbox Live so much better than PSN that that was part of my decision also. Great connectivity and very few issues ever. They are both great gaming consoles and the haters of each will confuse you with their hate rants so it just comes down to your gut feeling and which interface you feel most comfortable with.
-
Have both. My X1 is just collecting dust. These arguments will never end. No one else's opinion will change your own or anyone else's for that matter..so who gives a -blam!-?
-
The reason i went with ps4 over Xbox one is for the sole fact that microsoft even attempted to make it where u had to stay connected and log on within a certain amount of time and the kenect had to stay on. I know they got rid of it but still. Thats why i chose ps4. That and so my wife couldnt vocaly turn off my console while gaming.

23 RespuestasPs4... Don't be stupid kid. Sony already won the console war. Don't try to bring it up and start another war microSHOFT will still lose nothing changed about the consoles so Sony will win every time. I little price drop won't change a thing.

Sega Genesis

6 RespuestasPS4.. We saw what Microsoft thought of gamers at the last E3... "No games without Internet" "No discs" " only 4 people can watch a movie at a time" "must have kinect plugged in at all times" then they realized it wouldn't fly and took those off, but still, if someone got your little sister pregnant, but she had an abortion, would you be best friends with that guy and forgive him? Hell no.
-
4 RespuestasXbox 1 is much better. At least we can consistently play online, but it seems like at least once or twice a week PSN is down for whatever reason. After an update playstation most of the time you can't play because they have 5 year olds in China, payed with a half philly cheese steak, do their testing. But seriously PSN is constantly down and that's bad news for a game like destiny. Thank god I didn't buy that big useless paper weight.
-
It all comes down to preference. Nuff said.
-
they do the same shit just packaged differently ps guys leaving because when the ps network is down for an hour its a disgrace and ruins there game time lol which is just sad really id rather pay and see they are fixing , improving w.e than pay for nothing
-
2 Respuestasboth systems r great, and both have flaws. THEY EVEN OUT anyone who says one is better then the other is a fanboy the end.
-
I find it interesting that the majority of players that own both consoles (like myself), say that they use the XBO way more than the PS4. If my kids didn't enjoy the Playroom on PS4 so much, I'd probably get rid of it to be honest.
-
If you have both then you have one amazing console.
-
Just go with whatever your friends are on
-
From what I can tell about both consoles, they do more or less the same.
-
Number one reason I prefer xbox one is .... Half price games. If you have a friend with an xbox you can link your consoles (virtual link via xbox usernames) and share your digital games. This allows you to share the cost of new game purchases or take it in turn buying games. Check this link to see how! http://m.winsupersite.com/xbox/xbox-one-game-sharing

I'm not loyal to any particular company. I owned the original PS before Xbox came out. I've owned PS1, Xbox, PS2, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and my current console, the PS4. I bought the Xbox One earlier this year but was disappointed. The big problem was how Microsoft made me buy a $100 Kinect and then dropped support for it. The controller felt cheaper than my old 360 controller and the graphics were slightly, but noticeably worse than PS4. I bought the PS4/Destiny bundle and immediately liked the updated PS4 controller. And the PS4 isn't the size of a VCR. My only complaint about the PS4 is the controller battery life and the occasional network issues. Live was not without its own issues such as not being able to log in and such. I'm happy with the PS4 and feel I made the right choice. Microsoft fell short this time around on everything except their smooth network. There is a reason why the PS4 is outselling the Xbox One.

I stayed for Xbox because I'm used to it and I liked the exclusives more.
-
Honestly pick the console that has the exclusives you want. I've been with Sony since PSX and I honestly haven't regretted it, sure I didn't get to play some killer XBOX games whenever I wanted to but I was able to eventually play them to the fullest. Just look up which exclusives you are most interested in before a final decision. Ignore talk about hardware and peripherals all you need to worry about is Gamer + Controller + Game = Fun.
