This game was full of it apparently right ? Has anyone tried to sue , maybe a stakeholder. I feel this game is clearly false advertisement which is against the law in the United States and the FTC regulates this . If destiny was a medicine or a food or even a car it would be recalled and make be on cnn. I like destiny it's a fun game but it was marketed very deceptively and even unfairly towards other game developers who worked just as hard probably harder on there games that came out around the same time and nobody bought them because THe ULTIMATE DESTINY EXPERIENCE was coming out .. Even they should be mad .

That's how they make every game, just because you weren't pleased with it doesn't mean you have to ruin it for everyone else, why do you think they are coming out with dlc? If you were them wouldn't you want to make more money too? Don't tell me that you would deny millions of dollars. Use your brain and figure out the common sense. People are to God damn quick to assume shit.

Hahahahahahaha!! America - F*CK YEAH!!! Oh wait... You were serious? Oh, well, ummm, how embarrassing! Putting things in perspective (because you do seem to lack it lol): You were sold a game that included PvP content, PvE content, a story line that, whilst short(ish), was not dissimilar in length to a CoD game, and with the leveling, farming, Raiding and Crucible (all across multiple characters!), you are looking at weeks and weeks worth of entertainment, for less than the price of one night out... Sure, the game is far from perfect, and absolutely it could have been so much more... But exactly what are you hoping to sue them for? Having an effective marketing department? lol

2 RespuestasI fail to see how your getting a false product guardian? Its a game you bought for your amusement? No? Your not happy I guess and clearly you never will be.... So then please may I ask you to jump off the tower like the other soldiers of darkness cramping up my walking space. If your lucky you might land on a jet that returns you to COD? The gold titan has spoken...

4 RespuestasLmfao! This is almost as hilarious as the lawsuit against red bull. Sure, you go ahead and pay the lawyer fees and everybody wins $10! The entitlement of this generation is astounding. Parents need to stop this shit.

6 RespuestasBungie/Vision should just fess up and do what Sqaure-Enix did, they made Final Fantasy 14 and for what ever reason it stank, the fans didn't like it and neither did Square, so they re-made it and now it's the game the fans wanted and something they're proud of.

Wasn't there something similar that happened with an Alien game that came out a year or two ago? They did the ol' bait and switch/false advertisement too and they lost I believe.
-
It happened to Sega and Gearbox over Aliens CM, it wouldn't surprise me. They were really good at it though, all the vague non answers and secrecy surrounding the game. They knew it was going to be train wreck. You realize most people who might have agreed with you have left and you'll find little support among those who remain, right? I come back to watch the light bulbs come on as people realize what this game really is. And I want to see the next weekly update, I'm not uninstalling the game and app until next weekend anyways.

Content subject to change n shit
-
That case would be more laughable then the one that happened with Lindsay Lohan and Rockstar, but hey, you wanna fork over a couple thousands because this Game wasn't the Definitive Destiny experience you expected; then be my guest.

2 RespuestasYes, they mislead us. They did not falsely advertise the game. Objectively, they added everything they advertised. The problem is that they mislead us to thinking there was far more and more in-depth content. So you can go to the moon and have an epic experience, but the experience is 1/10th the length of our expectations.

1 RespuestaWhile you're at it go after a real villain and please sue McDonalds's for false advertising too. Their burgers looks good on tv, yet every time I buy one it looks like a blind chimpanzee on meth slapped it together. And when I bite into it it doesn't taste good either. And the McRib isn't a real rib sandwich... just chopped up who knows what pressed in a mold.
-
You are a complete idiot, that case will get thrown out within seconds. Also people like you are ruining this game. You're gonna waste their budget on lawyer fees you idiot.
-
Do you have any proof of specific deceptive advertising? And you might want to skim over the terms of service. See: Arbitration agreement and part 14.
-
You can't sue them because they weren't advertising a false product. They were advertising a game and they gave you a game as for what the content in the game it's all subject to change which is why a False Advertisement case would just fail.
-
Okay well, then sue Activision for every single call of duty that has come out since mw1. They always promise "the new cod experience" but the game never changes. You have just as good a chance winning that lawsuit. Good luck.
-
I would like to see one of you try against bungie/activisions lawyers you would lose in a heartbeat, they never promised you some of the stuff you think they promised you most of you are basing stuff off of E3 footage

4 RespuestasEditado por Tactical__AF: 10/23/2014 11:06:46 PMBuyer's remorse is the sense of regret after having made a purchase. It is frequently associated with the purchase of an expensive item such as a car or house. It may stem from fear of making the wrong choice, guilt over extravagance, or a suspicion of having been overly influenced by the seller.
