The Trip mine grenade is the Strikers grenade except it waits for someone to come close to it, which is both a plus and a minus. The voidwalkers grenade seeks, aggressively, and if you have the right equipment it splits into two axion bolts both of which can kill.
The Hunter and Warlock shine equally bright in both PvP and PvE, the Titan class requires more hard work and skill than either to achieve the same result in either.

I say the trip mine is the strongest because it can be delayed and I'm pretty sure has a bigger come of explosion. The axion bolts only kill if something is already weakened. Which 90% of the grenades do. The tracking is the only good part. But I can argue that arc grenade and things like it do that job better. The warlock specializes in CC. Which isn't as helpful or Often in pvp IMO. Striker has strong nades a ohk melee and a cqc aoe. Defender blocks all damage besides supers. Which is immensely helpful in pve. I say the Titan is the most balanced because both of his classes are focused in one area but can do both areas well. Whenever I use a warlock I feel like I'm wasting my abilities since I only hit one target most of the time. All of the classes are really balanced and fun. I just feel like they nailed things better on the Titan then any other class.

You can't argue that the arc grenade is better, because it's not lol... I say tripmine grenade isn't that good because I rarely ever get hit by it since I'm looking for it, and rarer still do I get killed by it.. but that point is just my personal experience. Axion bolt grenade with the exotic chest piece that Xur sells=best grenade hands down.. throw it across the map, throw it at ANY engagement, throw it before entering a room.. it's the most versatile.. while watching my brother play, half of his kills were from arbitrarily throwing a grenade where there was a high chance a conflict would happen.. with any other grenade that's one side step from your opponent and you've wasted it. The Titan class feels the most complete to me too, the most balanced.. no matter what the other two classes bring, no matter what heroic I'm doing, no matter what level of Raid I'm in, I feel confident.. but I'd like to think a little of that has to do with my skill. Again, when watching my brother play, and he's someone as skilled as me, he averaged the top of the leaderboard over 10 straight games.

Arc grenade can be thrown farther and it shoots it's thing instantly and quickly. It's possible to avoid the axion bolt. Not the arc bolt unless its thrown bad. Yeah the lucky chest piece for hunter is similar to the void fang.
