Why don't we just nerf Ebola?
It's clearly op, it has a pretty high KD and a lot of people have it now. We need to nerf Ebola.

The way to unlock it is to share monkey blood and then we also have to stop hackers from spreading it through this knee hacking tool called bodily fluids.
