I want Hawkmoon so bad, but I'd have to give up my Icebreaker. Epitaph, Final Boss, and Praedyth don't look that bad though. Choices, choices.

Ice Breaker is nice for its ammo regeneration effect. But it's recoil is WAY too high, it is fire damage (pretty lame) and it zooms a tad much for my liking. The recoil is amplified way worse by the extra zoom. I use Epitaph 2261. It is utterly amazing. Barely any recoil, 6 round clip, extra damage on last bullet, arc damage and reloads RIDICULOUSLY fast when clip is empty. It takes like 0.5 to reload when empty. It's an all around wicked good gun for PVE. I find it's always good to keep Ice Breaker in your inventory, it's really nice for certain boss cheesing strats, solar burn and foremost regenerating sniper ammo and then swapping back into your sniper of choice.

I upgraded my ice breaker and I don't think the recoil is too bad since I upgraded for predictable recoil. Doesn't get me off-target much even if I'm sniping something at the edge of my render distance with my OP range upgrade on it.

I know. Epitaph has been on my radar for a while now, but it'll be at least three weeks before I can get it. The Devil You Know comes first and I just bought Shadow Price to help me get Thorn and earn Crucible marks a little faster. The recoil doesn't really bother me since I run glorious Gunslinger.
