No raid gear after 3 completions of raid
I have no words to describe the dissapointment to run the raid three times this week alone with three different characters and recieve 0 pieces of raid gear. I have yet to revieve any piece of raid gear so far after doing the raid several times under multiple characters. What do I have to do to get raid gear? Is there a way to get my money back for the preordered expansions? Because honestly your random raid generator bullshit drops suck -blam!-ing assholes. It gives two pieces of raid gear to a level 25 who ran it for the first time and I get -blam!-ing chards or energies. -blam!- off bungie.

I've done the raid 6 times with my titan and I still get the same crap, one pair of raid greaves elude me. It's the last piece I need to become level 30, the loot system for the raid is ridiculous

Its honestly just a random role try not to die as much or even increase the kill feed you get this may increase the chance of drops. I have beaten VOG over 15 on normal and 4 times on hard. Only to get the Vex mithoclas the revenge sniper and 2 peaces of gear for different toons I ran in with, yes I have one of each class all above lvl 25 and no, I do have a "life" its all about knowing how to play the game. The only injustice part of the game is the reword system in PvP. If you consider the fact that its based off the boosting factor the raid may have though he needed the gear more due to his lack in level or skill to keep up with the group. Don't give up!

5 RespuestasThis game was fun for the first week. But in all seriousness it's time to move on. The rewards aren't worth the grinding anymore. Masterchief can't come soon enough IMO

3 RespuestasMan you would have killed yourself if you had done real raiding in real MMOs. Imagine that the item dropped rarely, you had to roll on it against 10 of your friends? I have cleared the VOG twice, once I got gear, once I got nothing but shards. You just have to be patient and keep coming back. I mean damn I waited months in line to loot a piece off of a mob that spawned once a week and was a rare drop so i could do an epic quest in everquest.. This VoG drops loot 5 separate times. its too easy to get loot if you ask me. Keep going back. Eventually you will get something. Even then, you might get a purple chest piece that has hand canon ammo on it instead of auto rifle or something else that irritates you. It happens Good luck

1 RespuestaBeaten normal 3 times and hard 2. Only gotten the helmet for armor. Luckily I got every weapon and vehicle by my last hard run though.

I think I will play the raid two or three times for the heck of it, should I ever get the chance to do it, and rather purchase exotic gear from Xûr. I wish a lot of pleasure to all who believe the top gear should be hard earned and therefore rather keep chastizing themselves than using that "cheap" exit Destiny offers. *bg*

6 RespuestasWhat people fail to realize is that no matter wether it's shards or enemies or weapons or armor any drop you get will aid your quest in getting to lvl 30. So what if it did drop what are you gonna do? Just level it up but not put any shards into it because you dont have enough. 21 shards per piece more for exotic. Take whatever loot you get and be happy because in the end you will need it.

Shoot I did the raid 3 times on normal with my hunter and 1 once on hard and only got a sparrow

have u found any chests in vault, I haven't completed raid but I opened some chests and got a raid chest

I got none until 2 weeks ago. Then I started getting it left and right.

You will get loot when the game decides its your turn to get loot. As someone who spent almost a full year of doing raids (BWL and AQ40) in vanilla Warcraft without winning a single piece of loot, all I can say is get over it. Either accept that you have to chase the carrot on the stick or move on.

3 RespuestasBro, that's just the luck of the draw. Everyone would be level 30 after a week if everyone got gear right away. Wouldn't be as much of a challenge. I've been waiting for raid boots so I can hit 30, might take several more attempts!

1 RespuestaI'm right there with you, 3 runs and no loot. I didn't even get shards, got friggin energies and a chatter white shader twice. I loved the raid, but that's a lot of work for no reward. I have about 70 ascendant energies right now. Wtf.

Yup join the club. I finally got a piece of raid gear on Friday. Been doing the raid with two warlocks for weeks. Made a post last week that if I didn't get a piece this week then I was going to quit this game. The RNG on raid gear is so much BS.

Getting Raid gear is the only way to actually get to level 30. They could easily fix this by not randomizing raid loot, and letting people equip two exotic pieces of gear

A major endgame trial like the vault of glass should give everyone a substantial reward when beating it on the first playthrough - then further plays could give lesser but novel supplementary rewards that would enhance and/or individualise other aspects of your character or weapons
