What a load of crap! How does getting a lucky exotic drop mean you earn it more than putting many hours into the game to earn enough coins to buy one? I've got exotics from drops and also purchased from Xur and have no issues whatsoever if someone is able to buy an item that I apparently 'earn't' because the game gave me a lucky spin.

"Deserve"? The point of the game is to have fun. That's all that matters. It's irrelevant if someone gains an exotic through a random bounty, through a random engram, or buys it from Xur. As long as they're having fun with it they should have it. I got my "Super Good Advice" through a bounty, and I enjoyed getting it that way and have had a blast using the gun. Now I'm going to use up some of those strange coins I had fun earning in games and buy an exotic helmet for my Titan Striker. Neither method has any effect on anyone else's playing experience, and both work just fine for me.

How exactly did you 'earn' your shit? Got lucky and had an engram drop and got even luckier to have it not be shit? Beat a strike and miraculously rolled actual loot? Gg. Now EARN coins and buy the single weapon some get in a whole week of not getting any sort of drops or rolls.

3 RespuestasApparently they earned the strange coins that are just handed out especially by the "9's" if you do the weekly. But I didn't earn my icebreaker from getting it via RNG. I only had to kill something to get it I didn't earn it. But oh well. The raid,strikes, missions, and PvP will now be full of nothing but IceBreakers and everything will become easy as -blam!- to everybody and the challenges will be mitigated significantly.
