Is Anyone Else Still Loving Destiny?
I mean, you'd be either blind or ignorant not to see this game has flaws, but I still think its really good. Also, I, and many people know, love, and trust Bungie. Bungie knows what they are doing guys, just give them time with this beautiful game and you'll see a turn around.

Love is a strong word, I think Destiny and I should just remain friends. Yeah I am still enjoying it, there are bits that annoy me about the game, but overall the mechanics and gameplay seem solid, they just need to tweak a couple of things.

Destiny is loads of fun (despite a few flaws) and, other than DS2 and SoD, it is the only game in the past few years that has held by attention for longer than it takes to play through the story once.

I'm still enjoying it but the limitations and the grind are getting to me. I've cut back my play time way back in the last week or so. I'm probably going to hang onto it until the first dlc at least and see what they do with it between now and then.

1 RespuestaNope. I think once everyone hits 30, it'll die down. It gets so repetitive, with the same strikes, missions, same loot you get at raid..etc. I wish they had better multiplayer game types, I'd have more fun with like infection or something

13 RespuestasNo, I loved it until the point it turned into a pointless grind. I understand grind and I'm fine with it but this has no reward in it. It's a mess of a game. Bungie maybe used to know what to do but everything in this game just screams lazy and bad desing in a pretty shell. Gunplay is excellent though. Now this game is just a lottery roll every once a week for me. Do the raid, hope for that last armour piece and wait for another week to do the same. Out raid group is breaking apart because all but one of us has got armour in there and that one guy just gets energies and few shards. He's packed with energies he has no use for and lacking shards to upgrade his current gear. He even made another char of the same class to have 2 chanses to get armour but no, still just rolling energies. That was enough for him and so it was for me too. Randomness is fine to some degree, but your leveling shouldnt be purely in it's hands. So yea, for such a long project, this is just a mess. Luckily some medias even admitted they jumped the hype train (ps4daily) because they really thought this would be great but it's not. It's an average shooter. And that's a shame, I waited this game so, so much and followed trailers and interviews and everything. The disappointment was so huge until the raid, it was fantastic! But all of our raid group thought the same thing: why the rest of the game has nothing like this? Mechanics were there. And after the first completion of the raid, it turned into a 6-man strike.. 40minutes and boom that's it. People who look for good shooters will prolly jump to CoD or I dunno.. Division maybe and those who look for story have Dragon Age 3. If those deliver even some portion of their promises they will outshine this game easily.

I absolutely love the game play in general and I see plenty of room for improvement which I believe Bungie is working on.

I am. Beat the raid last night on hard and got the mythoclast. Still not got a single bit of raid gear after 7 play throughs tho :|

Yep. I've enjoyed it. While some of Bungie's decisions irk me, it's still fun to play.

I mean yeah the game has a lot of flaws and unanswered story questions. But the game is fun. Granted I'm one of those guys that always plays the new fps shooter. So once a new one comes out I will buy it. However I see myself buying the DLC or new destiny games in the future.
