Do any of you whiners understand how much money they out into this game? Do you understand other games similar ALL have monthly subscriptions (ie, SWTOR, WoW, etc.) the reason for that is because they constantly add more content...well all you retards destiny is NOT a monthly subscription so how the -blam!- do you expect more content without paying and hell 35 for both expansions is a damn good deal considering if y'all want added content each weak well go play WoW or SWTOR but enjoy the 15 a month lol

Dude Destiny is nothing like the games you mentioned. Why the hell would there be a monthly subscription in the first place? Destiny is not an MMORPG. Destiny is a FPS console game. Just because this game doesn't have monthly subscription does not mean they have an excuse for giving us little content and over pricing there DLC's
-
Never said destiny was an MMORPG but it is in fact a MMOFPS and I never said I agree with what they have done thus far but I'm saying I don have a problem payin for DLC cause I know in the end it's still cheaper than paying a subscription and ppl act like the only thing the dlc's are gonna be is existing content already made and just added that's prolly true but I guarantee their will be plenty of new content also
-
It's not an MMOFPS either... It wouldn't have had a subscription fee in the first place. It is a pay to play game. Why are you talking as if it's an Free to play MMO? And i also enjoy when my content is new and not pre-made. The fact that the DLC was annouced before the game even comming out proves that it was already existing content.
-
How much money they spent on a subpar story, some questionable voice acting from big stars and 1 raid and 8 strikes? Quite frankly for their 500mil budget they had for this game I expected A LOT more content... Hell, I love the game. But I'll be stopping at the DLC, too much coming out and I just don't like their long term game plan. 10 years, £35 every several months... Do the math
-
Just making sure you realize that 500 mil is there budget for the next 10 years on this series, not just this game.
-
Well yes, I just expected more on the initial release. To be honest we don't know what their plan is after this initial dlc bundle.
-
Well ok here ya go 15 a month for a year on games like WoW and SWTOR oh and btw you still have to pay for there "expansions" on top of the 15 a month lol is $180 let's say destiny releases a new dlc every 3 months that includes a new raid more strikes all that good stuff for one year you end up paying $140 sounds like a better deal to me just sayin lol
-
It's more comparable to diablo 3 and guild wars 2, if it was a subscription based game there is noway it would be acceptable for what content it currently has! Diablo 3 was a bit lacking at launch for end game content but they constantly addressed that for free, fair enough it's had 1 expansion but it's practically a different game now! Considering Activision own Blizzard (or vice versa, can't remember which) I'm incredibly surprised they didn't learn from it. I suspect that was Activision being greedy though
-
I'm not saying it is hence the reason for dlc's not saying I agree with everything bungie has done but hell it's a fun game so far and I'm willing to stick around and see what it can be :)
-
You do realise according to activisio. They have shipped more then 500 million dollars worth of copies of this game(covering the total ten year cost) and its not even the hieght of shopping season yet. This game has already paid for its ten year cost for the whole series in less then a month.
-
Its not a mmo scrub, its a action game gtfo it has no content
-
Lol this dumbass it's a fps/MMO your just completely retarded if you don't think that
-
Its a fps yes, mmo nooooo. Tell me why is it a mmo hmm? Then ill tell you one simple thing that you where too stupid to do.
-
Here is a simple answer for your dumbass can you play destiny without and internet connection??? The answer is NO now what does MMO stand for massive multiplayer ONLINE lol nublet
-
I cant play the sims, star craft, war craft, or any game bought on steam with out internet are those all mmos?
-
Lol two of those games you play by yourself and Starcraft is obviously not an MMO yet for all of those games you still have to pay the price of another game for a couple new features in the "expansion"
-
Editado por karnage75: 10/7/2014 4:28:36 PMSwtor is f2p and if you know how to manipulate the ah there, they left enough loopholes that you can be pretty even keel with the subs.(not withstanding waiting for expansion free in 6mos after release)
-
Ya but in order to fully enjoy it you have to pay monthly
-
I get bored with it after a month, come back to see what's new...make a new guy because I forgot how to play any of my 55's and lol at the price of "retired" items I have in my storage and will never use.
