Some guy did horrible in a game of rumble and got that gun. I'm starting to wonder if I should just purposely lose in the crucible so I can get exotics.

It's pure RNG. I eat people alive and will have 11 exotics as soon as I finish my bounties.

If everyone in a match is AFK, then they'll all get Exotics! If I'm right then screw RNG.
