Spread your thoughts.
Edit 1: Thanks to everyone for your feedback and your help on making this trend and be in the highest rated section.
Edit 2: For anyone asking my opinion; I think if Bungie was to add trading (which they obviously won't.) a perfect trading system to my would be to have it when raiding or doing a strike. Kind of like the WoW trading system. SO
Ex. A player gets a gun they already have and doesn't want it. He can trade with another player he was playing with for something else, whether it's money, gear or one of the many currencies.
Edit 3: [url=http://www.forbes.com/sites/davidthier/2015/06/02/is-bungie-about-to-add-player-to-player-trading-in-destiny/ it looks like we might be getting closer to a trading system in Destiny. What are your thoughts on trading in Destiny currently?

5 RespuestasWhere is the "No, because there aren't enough items in the game and everyone would have everything within 2 weeks," option?
-
Editado por Abyssal Shift: 2/20/2015 10:18:16 PMYes, I am all for it. No really for myself, I have most of the exotics, only missing four at the moment. But I feel bad for friends when I get something they want and I instantly shard it. Also I am against it having stipulations. Using the example above, my friend and I have different work times so sometimes we are on at the same time and others we aren't, I wouldn't want to be unable to give him that item just because he wasn't there. Also trading like items would bother me. I don't want things clogging up my vault just because I might need a throwaway item to trade at some point. Though I wouldn't mind if materials counted. Trading exotic shards from exotic items, Ascendant for Legendaries, etc.
-
1 RespuestaIt should be allowed, but confined. For instance, someone should not be able to trade exotics for commons. Restricting trade to like items would lessen the extent that it could be abused. Exotic weapons for exotic weapons, exotic armor for exotic armor, legendaries for legendaries, and so on.
-
The reason behind this is it will be so unbalanced the people trading would want a astronomical price for something what bungie should have is a vendor that lets you exchange a exotic for another

2 RespuestasWith the RNG of this game, hell YES we should have trading. If someone is like me, and there is a SPECIFIC gun they really want, it sucks to have to rely on RNGesus that you just so happen to get it. With a trading system, you could trade for it!!! I got a Hawkmoon that I will never use, and would be glad to give it to someone who will actually put it to use! Hell, I'd give it away for free, even, since I'm just simply not a hand canon user, and probably never will be.

How about level based trading system? A certain reputation rank and a commendation to be able to trade commence a trade? Maybe an auction house to auction off your 8th GHally for glimmer or shards, etc etc.? Or, like the person posted below, trading with your teamates after a raid/nightfall for a period of time sounds good, too.

5 RespuestasDestiny should not have open trading if it did have any type of trading it should only be session based trades. Example: You can trade with your fire team when the items drop at the end of a session for a limited time and only with your fireteam memebers. Trades must be one to one trades an item for an item.
-
1 RespuestaTrading yes. Then we can have the game overrun with chinese sweatshop players trying to get g'horns and raid gear to sell for real money to people.

Wish I could give my brother some sapphire wire or harmonic essence I have thousands and he needs some
-
I think if trading were brought in at this point, you would see a massive decrease in people playing this game. Most people play now in hopes of 1 or 2 specific drops and if they could just trade then they'd have no reason to continue the mind numbing grinding that Bungie created.
-
It's better to earn something that you put effort into rather than have it given to you through trading. Trading would ruin the game because almost everybody would have every single weapon available to us.
-
Yes because some times I get more than one gun or gear and my friends need it and they have something I want we could trade

2 RespuestasI'm walking around with max glimmer and a ton of ammo restock so I have nothing to spend money on, I can't get the materials to upgrade my exotic and legendary armor at any sort of realistic rate. There should be a trading method the currency should actually have a point right now it's worthless. I shouldn't have I go farm for 300 helium filaments. I should be able to buy from another for let's say 20,000. He can then go buy an ascendent shard from someone for let's say 5000 so then he can take that money and go buy an ascendent energy or whatever he needs and on continues the cycle. Right now it's outrageous that I have to spend hours and hours running around a low level zone picking up one or two materials at a time for hours and hours. It's a waste of time and makes the game boring as hell.

I'd would prefer to see a player markeplace, put up anything you don't want for sale, and set your price

Editado por Totsy30: 10/5/2014 10:54:39 PMYes. My idea goes off of what WoW does. They have a system where when you earn loot in a group, you can trade any of the loot earned in the dungeon or raid only among the people in that group at that time. The trade also has a 2 hr timer so eventually you can't trade with those people anymore. I'd also like it if they made it so only the same quality items could be traded, and also to even greatly decrease exploiting, make it armor slot specific. FE: Legendary helmet for a legendary helmet, and nothing else.
-
Yes, but it would have to be leveled. ex: you can only trade you're rare hand cannon for a rare piece of gear, nothing above or below
-
1 RespuestaYes, but very controlled. Straight swaps of items, armor, and weapons. Materials at designated rates through npc's. I really want the market stable so we eliminate outside trading and prevent super-farmer guilds.
-
Simply put, there isn't even crafting let alone enough items in the game as a whole. A trading system introduces a player based economy which at this point farmers aside isn't even feasible do to the current lack of content to trade.
-
I feel trading should be even. Such as an exotic helmet for an exotic helmet, legendary auto rifle for a legendary auto rifle, ect. You wouldn't be able to trade lower for higher or higher for lower, and they have to be the same type o weapon or armor ex: auto rifle for a pulse rifle wouldn't work. But honestly they won't allow trading it kills games.
-
Tbh I think it would be a good idea...I have so many doubles of things that 1. Aren't for my class type or 2. I don't wanna dismantle and get irrelevant materials for
-
1 RespuestaTrading for clans and a market place for others. Would be nice to sell for ascendant materials, coins, motes, or planet materials.
