Screw the Thorn bounty, it sucks
I'm stuck on the void damage part, WHY IS THIS SO BULLSHITLY HARD!? IM DOING EVERYTHING VOID SNIPER,VOID FUSION RIFLE, AND I STILL CAN'T GET SHIT DONE . EVERY TIME I GET A KILL I GET KILLED 3 TIMES MORE, ITS SOOOOOOOOOOO FRUSTRATING I WANT TO GOUGE OUT MY EYES WITH A SPOON

i know how you feel i found its best if u do the free for all pvp just run around the map using void shotguns/fusion rifles and what ever void heavy u may have and when u get to the kill xyor part just stay in the room before the last boss and just kill what ever walks in and when wizards spawn just walk a few steps back and they will despawn and eventually xyor will spawn and if you didnt know cus i didnt knights shields are weak to arc damage and wizards shields are weak to solar damage ik this bountys hard and take this from a guy who did this bounty twice

2 RespuestasI got VOG auto rifle before this which made my run easier. Also void shotty and machine gun made this easy. About 11 games. I camped and held power ammo close. Alot if 12-3 games but hey I got it. Now I can go back to running around like an idiot.

Don't delete the bounty, just find some other stuck on it in the forums and work together :)

I do not usually shoot this many of you in the face with a fusion rifle. Moving on, play rumble. That is what i did, and it worked for me. I completed this part in 5 or 6 games of rumble using nothing but a void fusion rifle, it is a bonus if you are a warlock or titan with the void grenades and melee. But alas, i was a hunter. Just go full noob mode. Once again i am sorry to all i faced in the crucible :( Also use a void heavy and go for heavy ammo every chance you get. And don't be dissapointed with thorn when you get it, they are buffing it after all. I mean my legendary handcannon i got from vanguard leveling up package was so much better (the devil you know) EDIT: i would also like to mention that the next part, killing xyor was tough. But i soloed it in about an hour and a half with a level 26 hunter. If you are on PS4 and in a similar time zone i would be happy to help you kill him.

3 RespuestasTook me a while to do it. Used void damage shotgun and took my time where ever I went around the map. Best to follow teammate around as well. Keep at it you will get it.

3 RespuestasYea, this was a real pain in the ass. Use a fusion for the large maps, shotgun for the close combat maps. Don't forget to use a void rocket launcher or machine gun. If your lucky enough to do the VOG and get Atheons Epilogue, I think it has Void damage. I got my Epilogue after completing this.. Just wait until the next mission to kill Xyor, think you got it bad now

I did the whole bounty in 2 hours so i mean its not that hard

Just get a cheap void shotgun and just hold a control zone, its easy to get one or 2 kills before dying so your up 10 - 2 so your ahead 8, it is easy when you have the right tools,

Just PVP like normal and get a void kill in when the situation presents itself, don't focus on every kill is going to be void. You'll have more fun if you don't force the void kills

4 RespuestasThe void damage was actually surprisingly easy, equip a sniper and a heavy, play the playlist with the pikes etc, don't rush, easy. The following part of the bounty, I don't even think I'm going to attempt, simply reading into it...seems like I'll have to search out a party. The only mere reason id consider completing it is if I need the energy to dismantle thorn, which atm...I don't. Hand cannons "IMO" are the worst weapon by a long shot....

Working on it now. I kinda suck at crucible. But I have a leg up! 1. Warlock void walker 2. I have a fully upgraded atheons epilogue (auto rifle with voiddmg) 3.Void sniper 4 Void machinegun. Hopefully this can compensate for my sucky console fps"skills".

2 RespuestasI did the thorn bounty in one day, minus the last strike because I had to find a group for that specific one. It's not hard if you're good with a fusion rifle.

Ive got it and not looking forward to this part either. I know I can eventually get it but I'm usually going like 8-9 kills and 16-20 deaths if I'm playing well. I love fusion rifle for pve but I feel worthless with it in pvp. By the time I've got it charged and firing I'm already dead. I think I might have better chance with shotgun from the sound of it. I just got the bad juju bounty this morning to so I figure now is a good time to start the pvp crap and work both bounties at once. Are you on ps4? We can take turns killing each other to boost this if you want

2 RespuestasI hated that bounty. Inconsiderate bastards in the crucible kept trying to kill me. There was no crucible love. :(
