Ignore these other guys. You're just as much entitled to your opinion as they are theirs. I personally don't like randomness in PvP. Like you, I came from Halo where player-skill and map control determines the victors, not supers and heavy weapons. I don't like the fact that I can lose an encounter because my opponent merely held two buttons and vaporized me. I'm all about keeping everyone on level playing field where strategic advantages are earned, not delivered to you. I gave 343 Industries a lot of criticism for what they did with Halo 4. I never thought Bungie would make the same mistake. One could argue that even Halo has moments where other players become dominant due to power weapons, but there's a difference between having a single rocketlauncher in the middle of the map and delivering heavy weapon ammo to an entire team. In classic arena power weapons are fought over by both sides. The winner is awarded with extra firepower and the loser must endure their defeat. In Destiny, every player [i]is[/i] a walking power weapon. That creates chaos, and chaos restricts the ability to plan a strategy and execute. An entire group of decent players can be obliterated by a single super. Classic Arena: Two men enter. The better man leaves. Destiny: Two men enter. The man with the super/rocket launcher/machine gun leaves. ^I don't like that. You guys can't blame other people for not liking it either.

While I agree that the PVP in Destiny is far from perfect and it is unbalanced COD isn't any better. Twitch playing COD players have trouble one other shooters like Battlefield and Destiny in those games you can't run and gun and lone wolves don't make it far. I'm not accusing you of this but point of fact is theres a lot of COD players doing poorly in PVP and raging about it.

Great, another person who seems to think their opinion is truth and that because of their opinion they can say whatever they want about whatever they want and it's valid. The truth is that you don't like the pvp or it's nuances. But that's the only valid statement in the statement. You are in essence complaining and attempting to create some factual comment on the pvp system based of your opinion, which is subjective. War is for kids. They have nukes and missiles and one hit kill grenades. Chess is for kids. Everything is a one hit kill on anything on the board. In reality you just don't like it. That's fine man. Not everything is for everyone, but that's all there is too it. Heck, I don't think I'd want to ride a bull in a rodeo but there are some people who do. I'm not gonna call those people immature or idiots. They seem to find some enjoyment out of it. *shrugs* no need to attack them or rodeos.
