NEW Intrusion Ghost Shell
In the following days Guardians have been glitching into Kings Watch the "dlc content" that Deej claims these areas of the games simply aren't done. However following the Bungie AMA on Reddit this has popped up. Players have been getting into Kings watch. A area Bungie cut from the final game later to resell it as DLC. In Kings Watch players have been picking up a new ghost called Intrusion ghost shell. This player has it here: http://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/2/4611686018434162802/2305843009217239739 it doesn't stop there Bungie is Banning people who glitch into these areas, that have already been done prior to release and stripped from the final game that you paid for. Well there you have it further proof Bungie has cut Content from the actual release of Destiny to sell for DLC and is banning players who venture into these areas and picking up the new ghost shell.
Like many of you im very upset with Bungie that not only did Bungie Advertise a lot features that weren't in the final game. They have also stripped content that was already done prior to release to sell as DLC.
We the community have a voice let it be heard.
This is inexcusable, what is your opinion?
EDIT 1: I did a lot of Research on this and the guy modded his game to get the intrusion Ghost shell however people who bought the GHOST EDITION of Destiny got the Intrusion ghost shell legitly!

I can't find it now but I remember a bungie employee said that they ban people who try to hack by giving them an intrusion shell then banning you. It's a public mark of shame that you tried to mod the game.

This is old new all the way back from around November 2014. Some started rumors where people were getting banned for inventory glitching the shell.

Obtaining the Intrusion Shell from an area that you must intrude upon makes perfect sense to me, and would make it a great piece of physical evidence to prove a player has been where they didn't belong.

8 RespuestasMan go cry about it. Ive put five days into this game and am still full on addicted. Kind of pissed off that people have such high expectations for a game that branches out and tries to seperate itself from the normal shitty FPS shooters. Go play a damn raid and stop crying about what Bungie decided would better balance their releases. This game has a thin plot, absolutely, but i have no issue with the depth of the open world theyve released, especially with an expansion coming so soon. This game is insanely fun and if you really dont like it, go play skyrim or halo or wow or cod. Cause sure, you could complain about the things those games do better all day long but destiny still brings a great experience in its own way.

Most games with any kind of dlc content have fully fleshed maps and areas that they dont release yet. The reason is content. Say they opened the jovian complex up at launch. All it would be is an empty room with no purpose except for maybe a chest location and enemies. So the lock it and wait for a dlc when they added a use to the zone.

To be honest, people glitching in to hidden areas makes the game a lot more exciting. Its like digging and finding gold. Like finding that fallen ship with the teleporter? Cool as fk amimation. Shit like this works to bungies advantage on the community craving for more. Its pretty awesome really. So why ban people bungie? Arent these people who want more the real true fans who love the game

2 RespuestasLook I agree that it is wrong to ban people for glitching into an area of the game in which it's locked. But you have to understand construction and game building mechanics in order to actually argue this point the way that you are arguing it. In construction you need a certain square footage in order to start whatever it is that you're building then you make a blue print of the product and before you start your blue print you have to think of future advancement and add-ons. Building a game is no different. You need your platform to be set and your blue print drawn out. The disc itself has a certain amount of square footage. Therefore they built the main game first to be released. These other areas were always there but have been "under construction/quarantined" being able to glitch into these area by no means signifies that they are completely done tho the may seem to be. My point is that you need to have the foundation of a project built first before expansion and have the necessary space needed. Destiny was the foundation. TDB and HoW are just the expansions. If the space for them wasn't on the original disc already then we would all need to buy another disc for each expansion. It's like that for any game. Now if bungie wants to ban people they need to make it clear to the community before they even decide to do such a thing. That part I do find completely wrong. If anybody got lost I apologize. I'm at work and I wrote in a hurry.

2 RespuestasHaving worked in the games industry for many years it doesn't surprise me that there are DLC content finished and was wrapped with the vanilla release. Only a fool would think that a games company works only on one project THEN works on the DLC. A fresh project including DLC content can take up to 6 months to a year before cleared for release. They already had a projected release timelines for the game and DLC's within short time frames. Did you all think they would not distribute resources to work on those future projects? The ignorance of people is astounding.

Frontier shell came with ghost edition and limited edition, not intrusion shell.
