Lol that exactly my point hiw can they devlop such things in only 2 month?? Uou say it man they need to put script and devlop then test then debug then retest then qa of sony test it again before relaese on psn , hiw can they all this in only two month???? How its possible if it not already devlop??? Keep trust them but i have enough prouf to just stop

They've got until mid November for going gold on the first pack of content. Considering they would've started before Destiny released (that's how content works. A team finishes and works on additional content otherwise they'd have nothing to do when they hand off). That's plenty of time for a few story missions and strikes.

So tell why will note raise the level cap??

Not sure what level cap has to do with it, but if you look at the database leaks you'll see that the level cap is being raised to mid-30s, particularly for raid content, but there'll also be higher level playlists for strikes. The new gear in the new content will also have a higher "quality" rating, which seems to indicate it'll have higher light stats.
