Is the update/patch live?
I found a legendary engram and WOW it gave me a legendary. I also found a rare and WOW it gave me a rare. That's more than enough reason for me to ask this question.

3 RespuestasFairly certain it's not. I woke up and immediately leveled my Cryptarch and got to legendaries that turned blue.
