ya ever think there's a reason for the negativity? Why is sugar coating massive mistakes and issues ok?

  • No one is sugar coating anything. We're just expressing a positive opinion about things we like.

  • Well you certainly don't have to always focus on the negative. Ex: I like the skyboxes. I want to see more skyboxes like them. I think games in the future should strive to have skyboxes like the ones in Destiny. Am I implying that Destiny is good? No. Am implying that Destiny is bad? No. I am simply stating my opinion on the skyboxes in Destiny.

  • I know that people like you focusing solely on the good when the game is basically equivalent to having more fun shooting at a hole than doing the actual content is going to slow progress and make the game worse. There is no room for optimism with broken products. Please stop.

  • It's not a broken game exactly. Broken is a game chopped full of bugs and glitches like how Battlefield 4 launched off. We are being listened to,which is positive. The whole fiasco about the caves and it being how it's not how they saw THEIR Destiny doesn't mean we all have to suffer. Maybe I wanted my Destiny to be shooting into a black hole for hours. That's a negative. No matter how you look at something, there is always a positive to it.

  • The game has plenty of good things about it. You kids just have a hard-on for bashing the game over and over without highlighting it's good points. That's bias.

  • Because the bad points over shadow the good ones so hard. Example: an event nerfed after the first day making the event worthless literally after the day it came out. You're just too blind from bungivision's money shot all over your face to see this game is a giant kick in the nads to the consumer.

  • They nerfed it because that wasn't their original intent with the event. Granted, the Queen's Wrath doesn't have much thought put into it in the first place, only dropping 2 pieces of gear for a whole week rather than a set, but they didn't intend for it to be an easy avenue to hitting level 30 with minimum effort. The whole point of light level taking so long to hit 30 is because it isn't something that should be achievable overnight. That's like playing WoW, or FFXIV, and saying that you should be able to hit max level, and then cap your item level within 24 hours; it's a silly notion thought up by people who have zero understanding of how it works. It behaves EXACTLY like item level. Don't know what that is? Go look it up. Across the web, all around, the "bad points" of Destiny have been regurgitated to the point of the debate becoming unhealthy. Cool, you think the game has a weak story, crappy PvP, repetitive PvE, stupid missions, whatever; the people enjoying the game are too busy playing and having fun with it to care. There comes a time when one can only say so much about a game over and over before it gets annoying, old, and silly. We are far past that point, and the people who hate the game NEVER even try to highlight it's good points. Good atmosphere. A great musical score. Interesting, strong lore in the Grimoire. The gunplay is the best on the market right now. PvP is fun, despite "seeming" broken. The graphics are good, animations are great and smooth. The game never, EVER dips below 30FPS, and it's constant no matter what happens on-screen. Enemy AI is good and varies differently between the four enemy factions. The Vault of Glass poses a pretty good challenge, and despite some of the stuff being a bit wonky (portals, the relic's shield, etc) it's a good sign of content to come. Destiny has a lot going for it, and it's not as much of a flop as people would like to believe. Anyone that thinks it's a HORRIBLE game, or the worst gaming flop in years, is in utter, complete denial.

  • It's a giant flop if you really look at it as a game for a 60$ game it's a joke. Yeah it's beautiful I will not argue that but the missions are repetitive the story is a flipping joke that makes me almost think twilight might be a better -blam!-ing read. And i know stupid -blam!-s like you that would rather suck Bungies dick than admit a promised gem is just a polished turd that make it so Activision can keep doing shit like this. Listening to you suck on bungie about how amazing the game is is just as regurgitated and recycled as my hate towards them. The only difference is while you're dick sucking will only stroke their ego to make no sort of amendment to their mistakes, my anger might actually give them the -blam!-ing hint like it did for Bioware and the promise of a much better dragon age. Even EA -blam!-ing apologized for being garbage from the backlash it has much more positive effects than you being a little fanboy and taking bungie as far up as they can go. Why the -blam!- would i highlight it's good parts when the game itself is so flawed and -blam!-ed up. And the ONLY reason they want light gear to take forever is because if you take forever grinding gear from doing the same missions over and over to be able to lvl to do the other missions, you won't notice that you've been doing literally the exact same type of thing over and over again until the DLC comes out. Stupid -blam!-s like you who think that this game is passable as is and it's worth waiting for the 40 dollar dlc are the morons that Activision has wet dreams about.
