The Grottos
What the [i]hell[/i] is that thing in the Grottos on Old Russia it even is shown in the refinery before you hack the mesh generator in the Devil's Layer strike and if you go into where Hive come out of it connects to that I am just so confused why there's level 20 enemies on the easiest planet

I visited several places today I've never seen before and I know I've come across places with lvl 24+ mobs seemingly guarding areas. Can you elaborate on what the thing is?
