Sure, lets change the drop ratio, and on top of that lets make sure all the noobs get what they want, and bitch about how hard it is to come across legendaries, like wtf? Why would you want players to level up and gear up as fast as possible your ruining a -blam!-ing good game cause people bitch, and don't take the time and effort for their rewards, I've lost interest in this game, its falling apart.

Clearly you didn't slow down when reading the patch notes and rushed to the end missing all the fine print regarding adjusting the drops when they fix the Cryptarch. I don't think anything is really changing. They just want the engram that drops to match the weapon or armor you get. It's about expectation. The amount of engrams that drop are lower. But the color will more accurately correspond to the color of what it decodes to. I don't think legendaries will actually drop more often. It's more of a cosmetic thing so people don't have crazy expectations when am engram drops

Yes I have stories for it. I busted my ass to get all my marks and rep and coins. However I have the time to do it. Some of my friends do not. And it seems like everyone that voices your complaints has one thing in mind... Crucible. Which is fine I get that, however stop acting like gear equates to skill because it doesn't. This game has the most shit endgame I've ever seen so I'd rather play with friends. That means they need gear on a limited time scale because they don't have much extra time. And it's the "hardcore" players that spent most of their time crying about the loot cave not those "filthy casuals" So stop acting entitled because you have spare time. Realize this game has minimal PvP focus and start enjoying the game. Understand you will have better stories for your loot and get off that high horse and meet some New folks. One day people will realize that it's not time spent grinding it's the stories of random crap they did with a fireteam or that one crazy place they discovered that held some mystery (to of course be unlocked later for 14.99) or captured that video of a dumb mob. Leveling in this game is intended to be horizontal anyway. Most of all save your posts for 6 months in not 3 weeks. You don't scream at a newborn because it can't walk yet. Don't cry foul a game that wasn't all that amazing to begin with before they have time to iron it out

Reward skillful game play, reward playing the game as intended, reward those who spent hours upon hours doing strike missions because they are the people who gave all the cry babies something to aspire to. Certain things NEED TO STOP. No more ledgendary engrams drops from anything below level 20 EVER!!!! No MORE ledgendary engrams from chests EVER!!!!! NO MORE SELLING END GAME GUNS AT XUR FOR PEANUTS EVER!!!! Start rewarding people correctly and STOP giving away sooooooooooo much gear so early in this games life cycle. I love this game and don't want it to die. I want to be able to enjoy this game for at least one year. SO MUCH of this game was done well and this game has sooo much potential to be amazing.

So according to your logic my hours upon hours of farming strikes with no luck on upgrading a pair of boots I've had since level 18 makes me a noob because they lowered the drop rate on engrams? But since a legendary engram that is even more rare now actually will turn into a legendary I must really be bad and lazy right?

Shut up. Go find some place to kill mobs by the thousands and make sure you discard 3/4ths of your engrams to keep it hardcore and simulate the trash drops were currently getting. Meanwhile the rest of us will actually play strikes and do the daily heroics because theirs more incentive than vanguard rep and xp for it

I kind of agree to a point. I have two Exotics, my Baby-Maker the "Ice Breaker", got that from the Crucible, much to my Fire-Teams Dismay... and then my Crest of Alpha Lupi was bought with my hard earned Motes of Light from Xur... So, after my grinding, this kind of feels like a slap in the face. Having said that, however, my friend is getting the game and it's gonna help him a lot so, it'll sort itself out... But Bungies' buckling down to the power of its audience... Which, for me, was not at any stage, necessary.

4 RespuestasDude calm down who needs a cave when actual strikes will mean something after level 25 again... the thing that i loved about the cave was the rewards unlike our current strikes which dish out nothing.. and not even mob levels did not matter so as long as you killed and killed alot you'd get a reward. Before 25 i loved strikes but then they lost a bit as i felt little progress as not good enough rewards but now ...omg NOW .. i feel the burn to play i first had for strikes ... i mean i am spazzing out about it .. cannot wait

1 RespuestaActually the new patches give you an incentive to do the challenging stuff to get gear. I like the changes it means the people who actually like the challenge of weekly strikes and daily missions get rewarded for it.

People that got the game a week after me were more geared than I was. It makes you not even want to play the game. Doing this keeps players more interested in the game, thus a more enjoyable experience. I got my gear before this coming update, and still it doesn't bother me whatsoever. Stop crying

10 RespuestasI have been playing since day one. Have not had too many legendary engrams drop. And not even half of them turned out to be actual legendary items. That is pretty shitty. If you are getting legendary engrams all the time, good for you. Not many others are. The loot drops are random, so just because YOU get good shit, does not mean anyone else does. Imagine farming for a whole week, stocking up on about a dozen legendary items, and almost all of them being blues. That is a flawed looting system.

2 RespuestasI got an exotic helm from nightfall which is crazy hard. Exotic weapon from raid. Legendary legs from raid and brought my other legendary gears with crucible marks. Ive had maybe 20 legendaries and got about 4 wepons. Im not complaining. I happy as F when i got them

I'm perfectly happy with this as long as they reduce the drop rate accordingly. Althoug, I'm a level 26 and have only seen 4 or 5 legendary engrams in the game so far. Everything else has been purchased from Vendors.

Why do you want to do the same missions, same scanning and fighting off hoards then face a giant billet sponge to get the same gear you already have. Stop bitching, if you didn't know destiny is not the only game in the world. Basically you just wanna show off your gear, like anyone gives a damn about your dumbass helmet or shit like no one cares kid. If the game stayed the same within 6 months I'm pretty sure everyone would had the same gear all level 30 anyways. Lmao you need fresh air.
