3 Respuestasonly in damage reduction but ya. I hear a lot of people saying they get shot on shotguns once and die. well I have headshot hunters when there blade dancing about 40 or so time and I'm here to tell you it would take more like three shots to the head to kill one. I'm using a blue rare shotgun so maybe exotic is different. But idk

You mom needs a nerf:D

26 RespuestasEditado por Saninus: 10/1/2014 12:23:29 AMI've been in 10 of theses threads over the last couple days. I see the same responses over and over again. Hunters are too worried about losing their favorite power. Every one else is just tired of getting team wiped. Let's just sum up the problem. Nice and clear. Easy to understand... *Arc Blade out kills every other super in this game.* It just does. You know it does. We know it does. Now let's go through all the lovely and intelligent responses that this subject generates, one at a time: -Titan and Warlock supers can wipe a whole team in one move! A: Yes they can. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS! It doesn't. People don't group up like that. You can be damn sure if they see an enemy running at them, they spread out. Quickly. If we saved our supers to achieve a kill streak that Arc Blade provides in almost every match, we'd be holding on to them for days... It's the distance that Arc Blade can travel that makes it so unbalanced. If it was wiping out teams all huddled together, I don't think anyone would complain. As it stands Arc Blade can achieve better results across multiple map areas. -A Hunter can be stopped easily during Arc Blade! One shot gun blast! You must be bad. A: I might be. But so is everyone I've ever played with or played against because I rarely see Hunters get shut down. What most of you don't understand is... we don't all ping the same to whatever server they are connecting us to. I have great internet, but from my perspective Arc Blade is practically unstoppable. Combine lag, damage resistance, a dash that goes way too far and you end up with an unstoppable juggernaut wiping entire teams. -Supers are supposed to be OP. Stop whining. A: Yes. Supers are supposed to be OP. The problem lies in one super far exceeding the other supers kill potential. The 5 other subclasses seem to achieve about the same kills with their super. About 2-3. Arc Blade seems to usually net about 3-5. That's a problem of balance. It just is. -Titans and Warlocks can panic super! A: Yes we can. And it nets us a whole one kill. One less than our average. Which is 2 kills... which is probably why we do it. Why hold on to something that isn't of that much value if it can save your life now?! If FoH or Nova Bomb was as valuable as Arc Blade, we might not waste it! ---------- My point in this is: right now there is a subclass that is out of whack with the other 5. It just is. If Bungie reduced Arc Blade to a 3 kill max (4 with an exotic and the enemy would have to be very close together) and slightly reduced the damage resistance, that would bring it more in line with the other supers. 2-3 kills. 4 if you win the lottery.

Easy. Nerf the defense buff. They take way to much damage to down for what they can accomplish while up. However, increase the damage they do per hit. This accomplishes the best of both worlds. Making it better at PVE by doing more damage to mobs, (and since it's already a one hit kill in PVP not changing much), and makes them a bit more kill-able in PVP. I can take down Locks and Titans easier than a blade dancer during supers and their's don't last nearly as long.

9 RespuestasAny super that allows my enemy to zip throughout the map and kill my entire team without so much as a scratch needs to be fixed. Think of it this way: - Sunsinger: Can resurrect self and chuck grenades for a few seconds. Probably good for two or three kills [or some sweet vengeance]. - Voidwalker: Throws a ball of energy that explodes. Probably good for three kills but let's be honest, most of the time it's good for one kill - two, if you count yourself because it is the ONLY super that can harm the caster. - Striker: Pounds the ground. Enemies must be really close in order to be harmed. - Defender: Creates a bubble shield that buffs self and allies. Easily remedied by a few patient enemies waiting with shotguns. - Gunslinger: Can kill up to three enemies instantly, and that's only if your aim is true. Notice that none have the massive OPness that the Bladedancer has. *Doffs hat*

2 RespuestasIn PvE, no. It actually needs buffed in PvE. Buffed damage and buffed damage reduction. In PvP...yeah, it really does. But only damage reduction needs nerfed there.

3 RespuestasI remember when everyone said the autorifle wasn't op then I got one and I was suddenly winning gunfights. The hunter takes at least 2 shotgun shots to kill because of stupid high defense. The titan gets a defense dome with no attack but the hunter gets defense and attack. Seems unfair.

no. But weapons do Shot guns snipe and auto rifles beat scout rifles

4 RespuestasNo stop bitchin and learn how to play

Im a hunter and i think it sucks other than the invisibility aspects. I have it maxed out. Hunters standard melee attack sucks as well. It sucks on PvE against higher lvl enemies because they pretty much or do kill you when they take a couple hits to go down. You can use generate health from killing enemies but if you try to take out multiple enemies it doesnt matter. They melee and shoot you while you slash them 6+ times each to take them down. In PvP i have to walk up and knife u for a kill. It only works when i catch people off guard. Other supers you can use from a distance and like the titan their smash kill radius is huge. You die instantly from supers rockets fusions and etc. Its even harder when you run into a group and dont catch them off guard or 2 people are shooting you. Its timed so once its activated thats it and theres a second or 2 delay when u activate it for the little cinematic your guy does.

simply put no, it's the player's ability to use it wise not the skills problem

8 RespuestasNo it seems to take longer then the other supers to charge up, the only thing is that people are finding is that a balde dance can run around with an active super and get more people with it that way. Congrats, you found out how it works, yes it can wipe out a team, so can the others, though you have much more chances of killing an arc blade then a titan or a warlock, who can risk doing their super in the middle of combat and live with a laugh, where the arc blade you have to hide for 2 seconds while you turn your blade on
-
NO if they get nurfed then Titans need serious nerfing and Warlocks especially. We Hunters have sucky grenades that dont always kill, our supers give us NO over shield or health gain like Warlocks and Titans can. We have a horrible jumping ability that isnt always effective like Warlocks or Titans. Hell Titans can be killed diring their Super and Warlocks can bring themselves back from the grave and thrown 4 GRENADES at me! WTF!
-
I was able to kill a bladedancer by spaming grenades and and meeles in his face while I was in radiance but if they catch you off guard you are pretty much dead
-
1 RespuestaI feel blade dancers should bE a little slower people complain about the titan but with the titan you have to get within 5 paces of the person and then people bring up death from above but that's no more op than nova bomb because you use the death from above ability instead of the one that gives u more Shields
-
1 Respuesta"Someone beat me in PvP, do they need a nerf?" Fix't the title for you.
-
1 Respuestablade dancer is the one I kill the most if I have a machine gun or I just run away until he lose it and -blam!- him up... its not even close to be op golden gun is way better
-
No spam? Yesh, no spam. Wait...More jiggle physics!
-
10 Respuestasthe hunters will soon be normalized naturally through the ecosystem of gaming...not through patches or updates. back when Tetris was huge did you call Nintendo or Atari when the pieces started to fall faster and wanted them to fix it? No. you got better and adapted so you could get the high score
-
Nope, no nerf. My bladedancer still gets killed by the titan smash and golden gun sometimes. When you see a glowing bladedancer... Just run!
-
I'm just sick and tired of a all the trouble supers are causing. I just want one game type without them and I'll be happy.
-
the only super the bladedancer can beat is the defender which I happen to play in both pvp and pve and whenever I see more than 1 bladedancer I switch to striker with shoulder charge and save a rocket (If I get one) so you biches crying about the bladedancer being op just suck at the game
