I'm sorry man you have to be unlucky I have a total of 8 exotics 4 primary weapons (Thorn, Bad Juju, Hard Light, Mida Multi Tool) 1special weapon (Invective) 1heavy (Gjallajorn) 1hand piece (Sunbreakers) 1 chest piece (Heart of Praxic Fire) You have to just be unlucky man that is just ridiculous try turning in all of your bounties at once I've gotten 3 exotic weapon bounties that way.
