Im not sure what country you're in but here when you purchase a video game from a retail store they will not refund you money the most they will do is exchange it for a copy of the exact title if the disk is defective. so NO going to the store is not an option since there is nothing wrong with the disk but as we all know this has been nothing but a Train wreck of errors for some customers who brought this game and I would like my -blam!-ing money back and bungie/activision needs to make that happen ASAP.
