Does orbiting need to exist?
Why does orbiting exist? Is it for technical reasons like something to do with the servers? I don't understand why I'm constantly getting pulled out of what I'm doing to go and sit staring at my ship waiting for everyone. It would make more sense for everyone to default to the tower. You could party up from there and launch to missions from there.

2 RespuestasOf all things why complain about orbiting? You wouldn't be able to see your ship if they took it off..think they just did it for an over all experience. .doesn't bother me a bit

4 RespuestasAfter the game was announced the devs said that you can fly your ship to a planet and as you get closer to the surface you will see other players fighting their own battles, then you can decide to help them or just fly pass them. The orbiting screen is useless and its the remnant of that initial great concept. Its also to sell more limited edition copies as you get bragging right if you have a cool looking ship.

2 RespuestasI think it's for matchmaking purposes. Even if you are going to the tower the system has to load the area and pick a particular instance for you - and you fireteam if you're in one.

Then destination all the time.. Its a bit annoying. I get that it doubles as a loading screen, having to return to your ship each time is what seems unnecessary. This isn't a problem for me. Just a small annoyance

Loading back to the tower after missions would be nice. Or not sending me back to my ship each time automatically. Give me the option, return to ship.. Return to tower or entrance That would be ok
