So because you're deaf people should do what you tell them too? No. That's not how it works. Maybe they were telling YOU something they, as a group, decided and since you "weren't listening" you were booted for being uncooperative. Or maybe since you say you don't use a mic they don't care to read your 'instructions' in text when they're playing the game. At any rate, you need to go into the game with people you are actually friends with then. Most people simply aren't going to want to do a Raid with somebody that they can't communicate with- it's the simple truth. Sucks to be deaf, but that isn't their fault either.
